Surprising, to say the least.
I wasn't aware we needed any more pilots to help against FoE.
Even more surprising for a merc corp. to state who their employer is, tbh.

Our ministry of murder made big voodoo about this contract. I really don't know anything about their goals and thats rather irritating. So it is something very special.
And btw, maybe it is unusual for a mercenary to state its employer but if they are part of their employers alliance then making a secret of this fact looks very strange, not to say stupid  .

Heh.. from what I gather, these BV guys are disgruntled ex-JQA members sitting around SUPRM space looking for free ganks. They got a few, but most of the time they are safespotted and not really interested in a fight.
You can find 3 of them safespotted in SUPRM space 4 hrs either side of downtime.

Unfortunately its quite hard as they are camped 23/7

they gank some... we gank some. Killed one of there chums (also ex-JQA now Xetic) in a Heavy assault and its proto cloak. One of our pilots exacted sweet revenge on a 2 BS/1 thorax mining op in empire just yesterday. Recieved a lot of smack (not me.. I only wish I had been present). 1 Deimos can do wonders against an arma/mega/thorax. In the end all that matters is that they are Xetic.. and we kill Xetic.. in empire, in 0.0 or wherever. War or no war.
Not an official SUPRM statement, but I just wanted to speak my mind.

On one hand you guys celebrate with the "woo more targets, more people to kill" lines.. and on the other hand you flame, insult, and cry about Xetic because they and their allies (whomever that may be) outnumber you? Yes, u Xetic hired these mercs... Well... They are quite new corp but still Xetic. I think this corp was created especially to fight Supremacy and FOE (exJQA in Blind Vengeance)
If this will go like that, soon 3/4 of eve pvp corps will be fighting Xetic

1. May have been mentioned but apart from this corp saying they are hired by xetic in their bio has any of them or anyone else confirmed it? Atuk has "Defenders of FA" or somthing in their bio but would you believe that?
2. What the heck is wrong with hiring mercs?

Blind Vengeance convoyed me asking whether we would have any interest for mercs. Basicly the XF would not be interested except if those were very close friends. Then they told me they were mostly online before downtime at a very good time to spank "some people" "somewhere".
This of course created some interest, and I offered them to benefit from the XF programs, being insurrance and bounty programs in exchange of respecting our RoE and focusing on a certain area of space.
I'd like to say that the same thing could have been achieved by making them XF applicants/trial members. but then it was responsability from the XF Guide etc...
This decision was reported to the rest of the government.
Now, this being posted by Forces of Evil who are not really concerned by this atm (liks Joshua Calvert said, XF doesn't really need more fighters) is quite a surprise for me.
The XF has a particular military structure mainly based on corporate fleets, regional fleets and XF fleets. It is sometimes more advantageous for the Minister of Defense (me in this case) to have forces directly responding to him and effectuing particular missions. Since Supremacy retracted war, we currently don't really have the opportunity to fight them (XF forces being deployed in empire, XF space and boarderline regions). So having a squad working on them in 0.0 is still nice, especially at the given eve-time.
The help to the JQA was in High Command's objectives. It's not because the JQA has fallen that Supremacy should be recognized a sovereign entity in xJQA space. Perhaps the JQA has fallen, but the war is not over.
Supremacy can retract its war against XF, the war is not over either.
I also got reported that the CEO of Blind Vengeance as well as one of his members are good friends from an xJQA corp back to JQA times. So I guess they can be considered as good friends for the XF as well.
Never forget this: if you attack the XF or its friends, the war won't be over by simply retracting your war.

Is this the part where we should rejoice that we have lots of targets? Or should we say "ohnoes" and complain that everyone is being mean?
This forum stuff is really getting pathetic. If it isn't a stray member of FoE complaining that your outnumbered (or XF blobbing), then it's someone else complaining that Xetic isn't being "fair".
Why SUPRM posts in this thread is beyond me. Good fight in Yulai at the last minute and all. But other than that, the few who continue to post on a war w/ XF (that you retracted) is just rediculous.
To the loudmouthed minority: Did some of you actually believe XF would roll over? That SUPRM could take the carebears themselves? SUPRM <3 Foyle now??? I'm sure some of you thought that XF would be easy kills, and many times they are (can't stop bears from being bears). But overall, we score just about as many as we lose, which isn't easy, considering how little XF corps actually participate in organized PvP.
The vast majority of our enemies do keep it clean, in local and on the forums. Both SUPRM and FoE, as well as RA have all been great folks to have a war with. But it's always the more or less ignorant "few" that seem to post twice as much as the silent majority that really tarnish all the good memories.
