NAGA Update.
Aside from FreeÆs occasional threads in the Market and Sales forums, updates as to our general business have been a bit thin recently. This is simply because after taking stock and reacting to Exodus as much as anyone else, weÆve been busy overhauling our entire internal processes in order to become a little sleeker and much more productive; after looking outward for almost 18 months in generating the business, we took stock and looked inward.
WeÆve also had to come up against some competition too for the first time, which of course while being welcomed, has provided further need to raise it up a level.
Soà
NEW In-Game Site û www.nagamazon.com
We have fully upgraded our shop site to take advantage of the new features in the IGB. Providing a proper, user friendly looking interface was deemed crucial to our progression in providing you, the customer, which as much hassle free ordering and browsing as possible. Coupled with a smart back-end it enables the shopkeepers some useful in-house tools to keep prices as up to date as possible as well as being able to dynamically update each purchasing customer with delivery times and locations, through EvEmail. One of our most important goals was the keep Freewheeling with manageable blood pressure levels! HeÆs an absolute star and all too often the congenial smile and ôchaÆmone mofoö you see first hand, hides a guy under extreme pressure to deliver the goods. You donÆt want to be on our TS sometimes J.
The site of course is optimised for the IGB where you can enjoy the full functionality and enjoyment of æadding-to-basketÆ, etc but will also work in your trusty IE/Firefox browsers for more simple viewing purposes.
From the homepage youÆll be able to login, or glance at a snapshot of our newest and best selling items. Once you do login though the real fun should start (i.e., spending ISK J). For those with the higher than average SP, youÆll find our Tech II portfolio courtesy of the renowned Stepstone Project. This also of course includes our range of Tech II ships. Otherwise, if youÆre looking for the edge but are either waiting for the skills or the ISK, we canÆt forget our roots as named modules still remain one of our priorities and as such, they are catered for here too. Finally if youÆre in rush or want a broader analysis the search tool provides feedback that should help you decide, as will the always-useful price comparisons. Note that these grabs are for illustrative purposes only and do not reflect the userÆs experience.
YouÆll see from the grabs the proper Show Info pop-ups on the selected item? These are a part of our new functionality as it was a goal to provide you with as an intuitive an experience as possible. Your existing bookmarks into older NAGA Shop pages should redirect into the new site.
Most importantly, thereÆs of course a massive thanks due hereà Strikeman is the dude with the uber PHP skills. It ainÆt no nuke folks. J
ItÆs live, itÆs cool - enjoy www.nagamazon.com

Probably the most difficult thing weÆve done we completely review our internal production process. Operating out of one station in Niyabainen was proving to be inhibitive to our growth so we took the difficult decision to move all HAC, LC and Tech II Module production out of our HQ and move it to two different plants in Nourvakaiken, one dedicated to cruiser production while the other solely produces tech II mods and component production. All frigates, including assault, interceptor and covert types will remain at Niyabainen.
This has been a Herculean task to commit to, whilst still attempting to keep the shop and existing production running at the same time so a massive thanks to the hauling and project management skills of Harokas (our returning CEO and founding member!), Ooswa Glaantula, MiGlius, Verbal Kint and Lucrecia Borgia. The speed and tenacity at which you did this guys was brilliant and ensured we didnÆt significantly decrease our output.
Stepstone continues to grow and the figures are simply staggering. Approximately 1,800 members either knowingly or not contribute to the production of over 100 tech II blueprints, enabling us to distribute over 4bn ISK per month to blueprint owners contributing to the project.

RECRUITMENT Drive û NAGA is larger!
We needed more people. We got them. Myself, Tzadkiel, LB and Strikeman would like to thank the new members for providing some fresh blood, some new laughs and most importantly some much needed breathing space provided by extra hands to achieve our goals.
I would like to add that LB is especially grateful to Data Prime for surpassing him as oldest fart (sic) in the corp, and now that weÆve actually seen LB for the first time, Freewheeling would like to extend similar thanks to him for actually, really having the maddest hair. But thatÆs OK, LB, because yes, I still have none.
ItÆs impossible to mention everyone that has enhanced us as an organisation, but special mention must be made to our agent runners and loot hunters, providing the bread and water of our operations, but one certain piece of caviar on the menu is mpintoÆs amazing work for the Caldari Navy. Standing at over 700,000 LPÆs heÆs in line for an overdue offer from them that he has unselfishly promised to donate to the corp. When it comes we plan to involve the Navy Raven in some sort of event, but more on that later.
Ishida has, expertly managed probably the largest and most time demanding aspect of Exodus, POSÆs. Second only to Byron in the manner in which she *****s the whip (not to mention producing pretty excel spreadsheets with lots of pink in them); she often has us scurrying around filling towers and collecting deliveries. If I see one more oxygen isotope, IÆll scream.
Ultimately though, the successful mergers of Angel Constellation and Lifeline Solutions into the NAGA fold as well as certain individual approaches, has helped us grow and achieve goals we simply couldnÆt have achieved before. The Management would like to thank them all.
Finally, the foreseeable future we have reverted back to an invite only recruitment policy û no spams!

THE FUTURE û Mission Statement.
We will continue to dedicate ourselves to ensuring the EvE community as a whole has access to competitively priced tech II vessels and mods while at the same time providing the smaller corps without the means to realise their ambitions with the tech II print in their hands.
NAGA is nearly 2 years old and Stepstone has recently passed its first birthday so we plan to have an event to celebrate this. More on this when the time comes, expect it soonÖ.
We are still looking at ways to improve our IGB site with added and funkier content, including:
ÀWaypoint destination and pick up integration. ÀCorporate videos (donÆt worry it wonÆt a 10 minute frap fest of me inserting Diemos blue prints into factoriesà and yes these will be on normal browsers only) ÀNAGA RPÆd histories and corp fiction.
Of course, more on that as and when.
If youÆll excuse me, I [Perera] shall now fly to Australia and have a three-week holiday. Which is nice.

If some of you still have problems to register , this could have been the problem and should be solved by now :
Originally by: Strikeman atm there is a problem with transparant proxies and user registration; the website does not recognize your browser when you are using one of these.
problem is, if u are, u prolly even don't know; your ISP might well be transparantly proxying u without u knowing.
I'm on it though, will be fixed asap
We hope you enjoy our site and give us some feedback about things you would like to see there in the future or what could be done better ... well, anything is really appreciated
Kind Regards LB

We¦re receiving more and more requests for ship deliveries to low security sectors. With the introduction of HAC this service will be possible very soon. These ships are a big enough investment to justify the additional fee for such a courier job. However, to fly one of those requires specialised pilots and they won¦t do a courier mission for pocketmoney. Anyway, as soon as we have the neccessary manpower needed to provide such a service we will offer a package deal that will suit anybody operating in low security space .

We were busy again optimizing our online-shop and added some new features and modules - and here they are :
- Autopilot (ArE We ThErE YeT ?!)
The link under the banner on top of the page allows you to set course to our shop (right-click)
- Order Tracking (gimme gimme gimme !!!)
Detailed information about your order (date/time of delivery) Backorder status
- Item waiting list status (christmas? maybe?)
If a ship has a waiting list it will show up in the ship category view (expected waiting time) This information will also be displayed when adding it to the basket. (This information is only available for ships atm but will be extended.)
Order policy Our goal is to make our products available, and also affordable, for as many players as possible. And now, with the online ordering system fully operational, we have to set some rules we allready followed in live trades.
- Order limitation Certain ships with active waiting lists have a max order amount of 1 unit per order now. The other items have a max. order amount of 9 units. (this is only temporary and might change shortly depending on order statistics) This was mainly done to avoid exploitation of our price politics and to be able to serve as many customers as possible.
We know that some people don¦t really appreciate some of our business actions and we¦re very sorry for that, but we¦re only doing what we think is best for our customers and for our little shop.... which is the same thing actually .
We¦re still working on our online-shopping system -new modules, new features- to make it even more user friendly and interresting. If some of you have ideas how to improve it, feel free and let us know.
Regards LB

Hello,
As we have launched the new website for the NAGA ShopÖ, we won't be taking orders from EVE-mails from now on. We simply cannot deal with both mails and on-line orders for various administrative reasons, we're sorry for this. Of course you can still join bazaar and check us there when we're online, but as for the orders; they will have to go through the website:
NAGAmazon
Please create an account and use that to order your items from us.
Thnx for your understanding.

You HAVE to register in-game, there is a ID check + a log in info. After that you can use the log in even out of game. Also, the webmaster link only works in-game
The Activation of the accounts is manual, Busterd adds ppl everyday, he will activate your account asap.
