One could also twist it the other way and say that those that prefer training perception based skills are screwed because the rank is usually higher than the intelligence based skills.

If you want to use a lot of ships and do a lot of combat, then I'd say perception is a very good attribute. If you want to be a manufacturer/researcher on the other hand, then having good perception sucks.
It's more a matter of what you want to do than 1 attribute being better than another attribute. I'd say it's also more of a matter of not knowing what to do when you start playing, or changing your mind about it along the road. It's possible to change what types of skills you train, but it's impossible to rearrange the attributes, which is what I assume that you want to do now that you seem to have established that you want to train perception attributes primarily.

Well, why is +3 perception implant 35 mill ISK, and +3 intelligence implant 100 mill Isk.
i would rather go for equal attrib exept charisma.
I suppose pvp:ers clonejump a lot more and put themselves in more situations where you can lose your pod. If you're such a person you wouldn't get an implant.
pvp:ers are (I think) usually poorer than the "carebears" aswell, due to the fact that they don't spend all their time getting isk and minerals and stuff. When you have less isk you don't want to spend as much on an implant, which will make the price lower.

Originally by: Selim I made a thread a while back that suggested that people should be able to switch points from their highest attribute to their lowest, so people with stupidly high perc wouldn't just switch charisma to more perc. It helps out the people with **** attributes and it also adds more content. It could cost money, or ISK or whatever. It just needs to be added.
Seems like a good idea imo.
