Supersam	Posted - 2005.03.16 23:40:00 - [1] Well, for some reason some of my stomping grounds are missing full belts of roids and have been for quite a while. Is this a bug? I know this system isn't being strip mined because I monitor the traffic on it quite often and everyone that spends any time in this system is wondering the same thing. Bug maybe? sableye	Posted - 2005.03.17 00:12:00 - [4] get a corp member to check the belts, there is an old bug were for some reason a system would become buggd to you/ship and no asteroid belts would show, often changing ship helpped too, not heard of this bug in a while but that does'nt mean it still does'nt exist.
Falbala	Posted - 2005.03.17 00:15:00 - [5] Hmmm try to open scanner Ctrl F11 and set angle to 360 and put a lot of 0 in the range maybe you will see the roids, if it is not too far maybe you can end with your own private belt^^. It must be a bug, either it doesn't respawn or they moved it and didn't update the locations.

The "origianl offgrid" belts were actully part of a lge (100km upwards) belt with roids that were very spread out, as the grids "seemed" about 150km3 then, large chunks were often offgrid. Back in the days where npcs didnt s**** in sections of belt that wernt in the same grid as the belt marker, roids were bookmarked and people would warp directly there and mine. However the offgrid bookmark you warp to one day, could be ongrid the next, indicateing that the grids or the beltmarker actully shifted. Some areas of fountain have systems with less than 20% of the belts having rocks in them that are visible, if grids (or beltmarkers) still shift, considering they now closer to 1000km3, the roids could be quite a distance away. Tho i agree, tthere do seem to a few that seem to have vanished completly

If these don't take me to the belt, or if the belt does not exist anymore, then it is a bug.
