I have made a suggestion that should suit everyone I'm sure.
There isnt enough fun stuff for the Xetic members in 0.0 it seems.
So I suggest moving research/agents (good ones) to 0.0
I also suggest moving all the high end ore to empire systems greater than 0.4
The rats in 0.0 should be mean mofos, but the ore you get should be the top quality veldspar and scordite.. the best that you can find in the belts of Yulai.
While, I would like it so that the poor ppl of empire get to mine some morphite and Bistot along with some amounts of crok and archnor right here in Yulai.
Afterall, I need some insentive to be in empire.

If 0.0 sucks so much, then why stay in it? There must be a reason.. Maybe the bistot/arkonor is not providing enough ISK. If not, plz by all means come mine the Scordite like all regular lowly empire dwellers you seem to show have it all and then some.

Played them since DF1.. and wouldnt touch any of NOVASUCK products ever again. Got screwed over way too many times. MY fault

Ahh so you have problems since you cannot blob nearly enough in empire? No seriously, why would you have problems with fleets in your space. By the time any fleet gets to it, you could have nearly all 5000 members back into your system. Yeah nice one.. but nah. I have nothing against people who blob, I think its wrong, but its part of the game. And any PvP corp would do it if it meant that they would win. But smart folks wouldnt just run right into BLOBAPALOOZA.

Now there are things that CCP can fix, but the above points are just retarded IMO. You do make some good suggestions regarding having more features/abilities in 0.0 But I see few alliances whining about it the way you do. Makes it almost seem like it was something you did.

When you claim a chunk of 0.0
You can no longer sit under the tag of a non-PvP entity.
This game is about PvP. And yes it is about PvP economically and in many other ways.
However, it seems simple really. You dont have something you need. Don't pray to God (CCP) to drop it from the sky for free. Go get the place where its at.
Else, I would ask Xetic to petition CCP for a new Universe just for Xetic. There you may do whatever you please.

All I see are requests to CCP to fix it for them.

Wow thats rather uncalled for.. but hey dont really care.
My only point here is, rather than whine and wait for CCP to fix stuff and threaten to quit the game enmasse. Do something about it proactively.

PLZ do not talk about pulses. That topc is near and dear to me. I stopped my minni specific training to use these damned smelly Amarr ships only to see them face the nerfbat. Ahh such is the World. You live/learn and move on.
Xetic space has its issues and not having refining nearby your best belts is one of them. I personally have nothing against the ability to build/run refineries nearby these places.
However, if this means that 0.0 can become totaly secluded/independent from empire then we have a problem. What you end up with is a choice select who have friends/alliances in 0.0 that get all the goodies and the newer chars either get into these or get left behind.

Hey, in that whole week of war, I did not once come across ONE hauler or mission runner. Sure some must have died in the process.. that is bound to happen. But almost every thing we(the ops I was in) ran into was out there to fight. It was fun for me, and I am going to assume it was for them as well.
I have prolly killed a few haulers, but the only 2 I remember were in friggie raids into Xetic space (not during waR) and actually picked up some nice Megacyte from some guy to distribute amongst ourselves.
I am no ELITE pvper, but I try my level best. I am on some killmails and on quite some death ones too. But you will find that most of the kills we had against Xetic were valid PvP targets.
Not to say we didnt kill the one off hauler we found.. but such is war.

Anyhow, time for rl stuff. I am posting so much on forums cuz for a few days I wont be playing much of Eve if at all.. otherwise you wouldnt have even seen me post these things.
Gonna try and refrain from this kind of stuff for a bit.
I would like to assure you of one thing though.. we are in the war for fun. We expect some good fights, and some blobbing (to be expected its part and parcel of this game) and you can expect some of the same from us (though we will fight outnumbered too if we fancy our chances).
We will gank a hauler if we see it, wouldnt expect any different from Xetic if they saw one of ours. But mostly we are looking for good clean fights. We try and avoid smack, but when fights start.. things can get ugly on both sides.. its not a common occurence.
