Amarr, Minmatar and Caldari BS to V. All racial cruisers/frigates to V. Dessy/BC to V. Amarr Carrier/Dreadnought to V. Core Competency Elite. All 'warfare specialist' skills are to IV, so just 22d of training to any specific maxed boosting. All other leadership skills at V, except for FC which is at 3. Easily capable of sitting in a leviathan/Avatar/Ragnarok, all he needs is the titan skillbook. All combat drone skills to V (including fighters/fighter bombers), except for sentry and durability at 4. Specializations at various levels. Can fly a maxed out ISN-fit Nightmare for incursions (minus some of the target painting skills), and have high enough standings with Amarr/Caldari to do missions for your isk-making needs. EM/Thermic armor comps to V, kinetic/exp at IV. All Shield comps to V. Great Projectile/Laser turret skills, from frigates to battleships. All gunnery support skills + WU/AWU at V. Small/medium hybrid turret skills are good. Jump Drive Op at 5, calibration at 4. Has the standings and skills for 5 research agents. Capital Ships, Command ships, Logistics at V. Most other ship skills (Marauders, recons etc) at 4, a small number at III. Most missile skills at 4 and 5. Scanning skills at 4/5. Reserve all the b/o, reserve rights, right not to sell, etc. No kill rights. Character is in jita 4-4. I will sell at the end of two weeks to the best offer, or if I get a great offer before then, I'll sell on the spot. Make me an offer I can't refuse I will post the isk values of any offers I get in game in this thread, so everyone is up to date.
