My sec status is currently around -6.
When I origionally went out to 0.0 and started my quest to get my sec status back to lvl's where I can go into empire again I was at -9. Now when I first started killing sansha bs's my sec status was gaining at a nice rate but now once I got above -7 the gains semmed to slow down by what seems to be rediclously ammounts.
I have hunted for 1+ hours every day execept for the ocational day here and there and after about 1 month my sec status has moved only +1 (atleast that's how long it seems to have taken)
Am I just not seeing the movement or is there something wrong here? because it'll take me FOREVER to get back to a reasonable sec status at this rate.

Edited by: sableye on 19/03/2005 18:35:21 you need to find 750k battleship spawns and chain them, duel 750k battleships spawns are the best. this is because they alone give 0.4% increase every 15 mnutes were as the best gain off other battleships i have gotten is 0.045%.

Don't think it matters if it's dual 750k or single. You only get the sec increase for the highest(sec statusincrease) kill every 15 minutes. If it's a dual 750k you still only get for one of them.

true but its more isk and mor elikely to get a gain every 15 minutes since it takes 20mins for them to repsawn if you were unlucky you could miss a gain.

well. .what do u do is that u tank the other BS at the time. :)
And hopefully ull have the luck of being at the end of the 15min, the 15min start counting as soon as you kill a NPC, which means if you killed a couple in the other belt or gate you might have visited ur 15min might come to a end about the time u kill that 750k BS.

Dual or single doesnt really matter, since i single one spawn about in the interval you need to make it count in your next ss update. Which is as mentioned earlier ever 15-30 minutes, yes, it varies.
I when from -7.8 to -1.8 in a few weeks chaning on and off, tha last bit from -3.6 -> -1.8 I did in a day, so it doesnt have to take very long.

Anyone knows how sec gains are handed out when ganged up with other people?

I believe as long as you get a hit on the NPC whilst ganged you get the increase for it. _________________

Edited by: Synaig0 on 21/03/2005 11:17:31 Ikvar is correct.. U need to hit the NPC for a sec rating to happen.. (and gang of course)
