This entire thread is lies and slander.
We are doing NOTHING with Ice and Oxytopes.
Granted, we're also ensuring you guys can't, either, but that's ENTIRELY besides the point.
Darnit you evil pubbies, leave Goonswarm alone! |

Someone having fun in EVE?
Hell, no wonder everyone's mad at him. Everyone knows that once you hit the point where you're in nullsec, a CEO of a PVP corp, or god forbid, both, you're not supposed to have fun in EVE. |

That's some pro botting right there. Time for a login trap? |

EnderCapitalG wrote:Mistah Ewedynao wrote:I really would like to hear what Pct of the kills by you people you think were bots...ie no reaction to scouts or warp-in, pods just hanging out after ship kill? A lot, actually. You can just watch their pod warp back to station, and then come back and try to mine repeatedly for hours. Then you send a shiny report to CCP Sreegs and his nice staff of "oh god don't bot in our bad game" and it all gets sorted in the end~
But remember kiddos -- killing bots then reporting them for pod-mining makes you a horrible person and a shame to the CSM -- so don't do it, cause the Pubbie Bot Defender's League will cry blubbery tears on the forums about it.

The Apostle wrote:(Did they forget that 90% of the ice being mined in empire is by 0.0 alts for use in 0.0?)
That's a fascinating statement. Where, pray tell, did you get this magical database of all the 0.0 players and their alt names? Did you do a standard Excel run to get the 90% figure?
Oh, wait, you're talking out of your A... postle again.

The Apostle wrote:Dude. You're a Goon.
If I had said 10% or 17.77761543231% of ice you woulda whined. So just like your random dribble, I thought I'd throw a random one in as well.
Not whining, just pointing out you're a silly, silly goose. It doesn't matter who is doing the botting, the point of this entire exercise is that a huge part of the EVE Online economy is based on a bunch of AFK Macroing pubbies (who then turn around and ***** that things aren't easy enough) bringing in resources because god knows it's too boring for actual players to do it.
Well, that and it's honestly kinda fun to see the markets burn, bots or no bots. If you guys don't like it, get a posse together and come say hi. Or just cry until CCP fixes it for you. (Unlikely, cause this is taking place in space, and we all know that the highest of the higher ups at CCP don't care about FiS anymore.)
PS: You're a silly, silly goose. |

Arath Veduran wrote:David Grogan wrote: you'd be surprised how many players (not bots) actually do mine ice in high sec
more often than not they are online to relax and to chat with other players while doing a task that isn't particularly complicated.
ganking people because they choose a different style of play rather than joining the 0.0 blobfest then claiming your doing this to highlight a bot issue is kinda full of s#@t
there is only so many times u can listen to some fc call targets from a list before it gets as boring & repetitive as mining ice.
Easy fix: if you're an actual person mining in a belt, warp to safety when a goon shows up in a Thorax. The botters will die and you'll live.
And you'll have the belts to yourself in 3-4 weeks when we get bored, and will have cornered the market on the vastly more expensive Oxytopes.
SEE YOU FAT PUBBIES? WE DO THIS FOR YOU.

The Apostle wrote:Take out The Mittani's Iraf's kills and waddya got - they lost more Whelpcats than that in a single bombing run... (LMAO)
WelpCANES, you festering pubbie moron.
And if you want to talk about Goons and Bombers, ask the Delve Blob about how well their games worked over the weekend when they tried to take the Freeport.
(Protip: When bombing, your entire bomber wing needs to be using the same bombs, or they blow each other up and do absolutely nothing.)
But this is seriously off topic and you should be ashamed of breaking the forum rules like that The Apostle. I believe we were talking about how the horrible goons were picking on the poor defenseless Ice Miner Bots? |

Where are the stats? What have I missed?
The point? Basic math classes?
From September 26th, which is when the Goonswarm Federation directorate began testing fits to today, there have been a total of 560 Mackinaws, Hulks, Retrievers, and Covetors killed and posted to the goonswarm federation killboard. 26 pages, 20 kills per page, for Mining Barges, Exhumers, and Capital Industrial Ships.
How are the prices for the various miner ships btw? To say nothing about buying Brutixes (Brutixi?). I imagine Jita's a very fun place to be right now. |

I keep thinking The Apostle is Riverini's sock puppet alt, but his avatar actually looks somewhat cool, which would preclude Riverini's influence. |

Jada Maroo wrote:Somewhat related to this thread... I wonder how viable a Gallente deathstar might be after the hybrid fix.
Doubtful, unless it's a significant fix... including a re-balancing of hulls so that Gallente (and everyone else, really, but specifically Gallente in this instance) is competitive in comparison to Minmatar hulls...
Well, we'll see. |
