GW is disputed. It shouldnt change to -V- control and like wise it shouldnt be Foundation.

I'm interested in knowing what part of V approaching Foundation for a NAP is "we control GW most of the time and are in communications for a NAP" in?

-V- does not control GW most of the time. During US timezone they are simply not present, and during euro timezone sometimes -V-, sometimes Foundation have the upper hand.

On my roadtrip to ASCN space, I made pitstops in Paragon Soul both ways.
This region is deffinatly under SMASH/Vertigo control.
I visited 3 stations, and they were all in SMASH hands.

You may also consider the fact that Foundation holds a station in Scalding Pass... thus extending their influence by a constellation.

I find this an interesting statement considering I have had no communications from you.
Currently Great Wildlands is still a contested area while we engage V alliance, ATUK, & friends.
In the event you would like to open talks please contact me in game. I am the only person authorized at this time to open any official talks and sign any agreements for the Foundation.

I spoke with Andy and reviewed the information from Tr4xx, I also spoke with several other directors and ceo's you have approached. While the messages were similar, their intention varied, hence my request for direct communication.

He is only providing a report of what he saw when he passed the area going to and comming back from ASCN space. I think eyewitness reports are pretty much as relevant as it gets in this topic...
(I am not commenting on the information in the report, only saying that these kind of reports can be helpfull.)
