The rules he's referring to aren't the time restrictions but that the bump post must consist of something relative.
for example what the highest bid is.

Guys....
What are you expecting exactly? You have put it up for auction several times already and you keep getting around the same results. The market is obviously setting the price.

I'm just surprised that the Machariel got so little interest. Just look at it's stats...this thing is a minmatar pilot's wet p0ne dream...

Machariel sucks for mission running, and the mission runners hold most of the wealth in EVE and have the most ISK to waste on novelties, such as this ship.
CN Raven are in demand and generated intrest because they're like Ravens, cept they rake in ISK faster!

Its so sad to find out that all the players have degraded to a skill level so low that they cant even imagine another awesome ship soloing lvl 4 missions...by god some people are lame.
This ship is definitely worth the money..
