how can u claim this ship to be jovian/jovian faction when the description clearly states some people *think* it is? its about as jovian as my kestral in that they both fly in space.

Unless you "cleaned" up again he has one bump on wed, then he answered a question on wed, which shouldn't count as a bump at all, then on Thurs he's got one bump, so as long as he waits till the 25th to rebump he's perfectly within the rules.
