Ok... Yeah starts out kinda of harsh... but here is why ?
I used up valable time training to be able to Manufacture T2 (Ships/Modules). I do this from Agent Comp Drops and buying the BPC's I need.
Occasionally I buy from Market Comps I need to complete a item or set of items.
Now CCP says this :
- More agent stuff, Tech Level 2 Components will be exchanged with Materials lower in the Component chain to be less disruptive to this upcoming market and encouraging agent runners to either group and set up their own (Small/Medium) Starbase setups or sell to moon material aggregators. This probably will nerf the YAY4TL2C rewards but reward calculation will compensate to some extent the movement of the reward to the material since it has lower unit cost (Short, you get multiple units of materials for each unit of TL2C you would have gotten).

Basically this says one of two things to me :
1. Be Mega Corp with several POS's to be able to produce T2 Comps.
2. Buy them off Market...where you might as well write a blank check to the POS Owners...Cause they will drive the price whichever direction they want.
This BLOG: is very cryptic. It does not say which part of the chain you will get. If its the just one step down (i.e. what you get when you refine T2 Comps now)... Then well at least I can buy the BPO and build my own Comps.
Any further down... Now I a forced to compete against the other Agent Runners on the market..Giving the Good Deal to the POS Owners who will then sell me their Comps. at whateve prices they want..
So, someone please make me calm down some... And explain this to me.... Cause right now my arse hurts from no K Y.

You chose one path, and I chose another....
Now, instead of saying "I am just whining" ...
Try and de-crypt the Dev Blog.... Which part of will be dropped ? Will I be able to buy the BPO (ex. Graviton Reactors) and build with this drop....
Oh, and no one should be forced into "your" market... Options should exist... And Agent running provided that option for Corps. that didn't have the funds or want the resposibility of mining ice/buy BS for their POS.

Well Dloan I hope your wrong... Cause you basically just confirmed my point... Basically the Agent Runner doing it for the COMP Drops to build is getting the shaft....
I am one person who has never sold one COMP in the time I have been playing...Cause my goal was always to be able to build everything in-game.
I do hope, that if this is the case... More people do push the prices down on Reactors and such... Considering they are over priced in nearly every region ATM.

Rufio sums up my fears.... that CCP may have not looked at both side of the coin...
Basically Good for POS and Good for Agent Runners...
or Good for one...but Bad for another....
I guess we will see....
(I have accepted this change... Still don't like it...but I have accepted it...)

Actually, if you find a system that got nice moons, and you want to make sure others cant deploy pos's there. Anchoring secure cans at the moons will actually keep others from do that. And to remove these cans by blowing them up will give you a security hit unless in 0.0
I would say this equals to griefing and abuse of game mechancis though.
Ya Think  CCP and its stupid game mechanics....  I would say this needs to be fixed ASAP...
