Hey everyone, Just wondering if Atlanta will ever sponsor a meet of some kind...there are plenty of east coaster players who cant get out west or over seas..And since atlanta is only a few hours away..
..Would love to see this hapen...So if there is anything i can do to help speed this along...let me know..if there is a person of contact at the Atl office or who ever i need to speak with to get the ball rollin...any help with this would be greatly appreciated.... |

"East Coast" is sort of non-specific, but it got my attention so I figured I'd glom on to this thread title despite the first post content asking about Atlanta.
Who out there is in the Southeast PA, Southern NJ, Philadelphia area? |

Just a heads-up, you might find some contacts / like-minded folks over here in case you hadn't seen:
Official Southeastern US Appreciation Station
From experience in organizing non-EvE get-togethers, if you build it they will come. You'd want to check the events schedule from this and last year to avoid scheduling conflicts. Also, consider sending a pm to other folks who have hosted events; I imagine they would be glad to lend their insights and experience.

Actually im from Atlantic city N.J.......But im living in north carolina at the moment... so south Jerzy and Philly are my old stomping grounds man... |

I'm just outside of Hartford Connecticut. I did a search on Meetup a few days ago and found nada within 100 miles. If it didn't cost $$$ to be an organizer I'd put up a group and see what kind of response I got, but perhaps this is a better place to start.
Any CT or MA (Southern Mass. would probably be best) people interested in a gathering? Perhaps some drinks and food? Of course any age/race/sex would be welcomed.
