Hello pilots!
We are planning to have player gathering in Tokyo, and any pilots in Japan are welcomed! 
Place would be near by Ueno or Akihabara, details TBA
Date would be 11/23 Holiday Friday, and we are planning to begin at 17:30.
Not only EVE but DUST developer will join this event, and you might have a chance to worm out some seacret out of them or express your hope to them 
In the event we will have exposition for new winter expansion and Avatar contest. We will ask players to create Avatar beforehand and have vote for the winner in the event. details TBA.
WeGÇÖd like new players to come to this event as well. If you have some friends whom you wanted to introduce EVE but never have, please use this event as great oppotunity.
Anyone can join avatar contest, but we will give special present for those existing players who brought new players to this event and this contest. There are more present, so please look forward to it.

Hello capsulers in New Eden!
I want to annouce some information update of the Player Gathering.
Here are the list of present for attendees.
1. EVE key chains for every attendees
2. Special T-shirts and bags for Avatar contest attendees
3. PLEX for Avatar contest winners
4. V-preca (Vpâùpâ¬pé½), which is "prepaid card" you can use as visa card on the internet.
5. 4 ship models (which we can buy on EVE Store)
6. Nvidia GeForce GTX 660
7. Special post card
We haven't decided how we will hand out the items No.4 - 7, but I'll let you guys know as soon as possible.
Some people might wonder what "Avatar contest" is.
It's a beauty contest...kind of things. We will inform the details to attendees on 11/7, but here is a little hint.
We will ask players to create avatar along these subjects beforehand the gathering;
1. Celebrity lookalike
2. Bounty Hunter alike (since one of the big feature at Retribution Expansion is addition of Bounty Hunting!)
and we will have a vote at the gathering who comes off the winner!
The food and drinks are totally free, and you even would get presents for free.
There is no way to miss this chance, come around and let us have some fun together!

Yes, the date on the mail we sent out on 11/9 is WRONG. The gathering date is 11/23 of course!
I'm so sorry for this terrible mistake, and we will send the correct one to make sure nobody will be there on 27th....

Some info update here.
At first, we will close the application for the gathering on 11/15 0:00 in Japan time (14th 17:00 in EVE time).
SO, if you haven't applied yet, Do Not Wait anymore. Apply NOW!
Also, if anybody would like to join Avatar contest, please turn in the pictures until 11/17 0:00 in Japan time.
