Most of you are probably vets who dont know about this, but please let a n00b tell you something. The last mission given to you by your first agent is bugged. And every day you get a message from her telling you that you have failed the mission (even though you completed it).
I know I failed the mission, Austant. Get over it. These Devs are gonna get off their duffs one of these days and fix you good! (I hope)

Same thing happend to me, I just petitioned it and they gave my agent a proper spanking and she stopped

Petition it and they fix it - had the same problem a month or so ago and they fixed it quite quickly.

mine stopped after id been with my corp for 1 month exactly me thinks it has something to do with it
Still something minor that eally needs a permanent fix
