lets just hope that the techs will give an actual timeline. Not the kind they giuve you when you send your laptop to be repaired at factory and say 2-3 weeks MAX. Next thing you know.... you bought another laptop and oneday you get your 2 year old one back in the mail.

I envisage 5 server admins in their cars right now looking mightily ****ed off driving towards the datacenter, mallets in hand.
