#1. Please stop this childish behaviour with your silly "nerf bat". CCP have fixed a bug and in doing so have reduced your damage. No fair? Tough! You shouldnt have had this damage in the first place, and so its a fix not a nerf. Im tired of wading through posts filled with "nerf bats" from immature people jumping on the bandwagon.
#2. Please stop attempting to insult people who dont see this game as pure PvP as "carebears". I know this is a game, but do you really need to act so childlike? You wonder why CCP dont take note of your comments, when your actions are so childish.

Well said...but on the flip side, it makes my 8 hrs of work fly by. Almost as entertaining as reading the Planetside boards when it was first released. ;-)

I agree that the whole nerf bat thing is getting a little out of hand -I prefer my M0o cow anyway :)
The simple fact is that damage in now what it should be, and people have to get used to the fact that the days of totally insane (as oppossed to now moderately insane) damage is now firmly over......
But the M0o cartoons on the other hand.... - keep them coming! - they are a service to all of us that are stuck at work and need cheering up :)

i thought they just made more of them each patch day. after all, theres just as many, if not more, bugs in this build than there was in build 936

k why do people when they see the nerf bat say "oh your weapons got nerfed live with it"
FFS it is not just weapons some of what they have done would have been good but they made huge amounts of probelms arise.
this is not a simple sit down and never be heard this is now a protest about a shoddy job if ccp knew there may be probelms then don't patch do more tests.
so just STFU with weapons it is not just that.

theres nothing imature about that.
being as you have a french name im sure you know all about people throwing their arms up and going on strike and protesting about everything from the weather to the price of dead animals.
At least we are doing it without stopping everyone else going about their usual business.

Did it not occur to you to possibly even think about having a civil and mature discussion about your supposed problems?
From what we see here...
"A nerf bat of *** abandon" yes a real protest here..
You thought it would be smart, you thought it would be funny.. its a real shame that any serious points that you may or may not have had get marred by this silly behaviour.
If you want to be heard stop with the childish behaviour/(protest as you like to say) Im sure you will find it more fruitful.

guys like every ting in teh past you look at the totem and not the problem.
so what if we come off in a gruff maner know ones asks you to post against us we have tried to post in a respectable way to start with.
but we get deleted told that it is not allowed we breake rules.
i'm sorry the service we get on the forums to express our anger can not tell you what we really think.
alot of us protesters have been in from early days in beta and have seen this act from ccp before. to you new gusy who have not well you will soon.
nothing is changing in the service they give us in total and utter shams. i was an avid supporter of eve and i had all intensions just to bow my head and stick with it.
But i decied why should i i luv the game as much as anyone else but i seem to be more annoyed then anyone lese for what and how we are being treated.
i woudl not be suprised if this post gets deleted and it is blammed on us. so gar we have never acted and player verbally my post above was a genral not aimed at one person.
now comments made about our protest . each person who does is a diorect violation of teh rules and as such you shoudl have you post edited at least if not deleted.
but no your posts stay and we are turned more and more into the bad guys which is wrong and out of order when we focus only at the poor job ccp have done for us so far and seem to keep doing.

yes, all through beta it did. even into retail it did. look in the suggestions forum, i made suggestions on the hangar system, even posted mock up screenshots. hopefully it had a part in the hangar system you are using today, because its almost identical. i hope it did.
for the most part though we all feel like we are banging our heads on the desk, and CCP does not learn from its mistakes and lack of foresight. over and over again we same the same bugs coming back, and the same attitude to bugs. to fix things they usually go the sledgehammer route and nerf everything.
Or, completely ignore the bugs and add eye candy or more menus that we had no use for.
look at the new factory system, once prints are loaded and running its great dont get me wrong. BUT why on earth do we need about 5 pages of this "wizard" when all the same details could be filled in on just one window?
why the need to load all your prints into the factory when you only want to use one?
no.. instead we get more menus, more eye candy. and more bugs. the same problems with the factory are there, not fixed. blueprint icons are even more messed up than they where. the blueprint list when loaded into factory is now not even in alphabetical order. icons in the list are not needed and only serve to clutter it up more too.
cargo cans. ok something was needed to be done about people spamming them, but they where bugged as it was. if you used someone else can usually it meant that other people couldnt use it or you yourself couldnt see what was really in it. you would see "ghost" items in the can that where really there, any indy pilot who has ferried for a mining team will tell you this and how frustrating it was. CCP have known about the problem now (or should have done if they actually listen to us) since beta.
do they fix it? no. instead they stop us making new containers so we can at least move the ore into a new can so indy pilots can take stuff out of it and work around the bug.
i could go on.. but im getting sick of explaining the obvious.

I and countless others im sure appreciate your efforts throughout beta, but the fact still remains that what you are doing now is counter-productive.
If you love the game so much then continue with your suggestions and comments, but what we dont want to see is tantrums.
So I say to you once more,
Will you continue "stamping your feet" then?
or
Will you continue to give suggestions and comments.
Its your choice, I just hope you choose the latter.

No matter how miffed, annoyed, angry you are at the current situation, no amount of screaming, "protests", tantrums and the like will get you anywhere.
CCP is a start up company, they dont have unlimited resources to fix everything right away, they dont have hundreds and hundreds of staff at their disposal.
So just relax, take a deep breath and wait like the rest of the grown ups for any problems to be sorted in due course.
Yes I appreciate these problems should have been fixed in beta, but in the real world people need an income to feed their families and pay the bills, as a start up company their funds are not unlimited... so bare with it...
So I repeat, no amount of screaming, "protests", tantrums and the like will get you anywhere.
