Well after running server farms for multinational websites and patient information storage for the past 3 years I havent EVER had as much downtime as this game has had for the past few days. FFS, i have to almost give blood to get downtime for fixes and these guys get an hour slot EVERY day... What you doing, putting this thing together with duct tape and blu-tak?

I'm not usually one to gripe at a little downtime, it happens with any network nevermind ne with 6-12k simultaneous clients.
But there comes a point where it is unethical to charge for a service that you cannot provide, and if this keeps up all active accounts should be credited with 2 days (and counting) of subscription time to make up for the problems.

Actually if you look at the terms of the trial you'll probably find hes got exactly the same rights as you... and deserves to be able to play out his trial.

I'm pretty damn disgusted with this nonsense. Not that it matters but Saturday morning (which it is here) is my main time to be in EVE, since the house is empty. So are we gonna have another nightmare like last night?
It's supposed to be a business, CCP. We are the customers, you are the company. Pop your head outa your asses and fix this damn thing. Just FYI, I played other games last night...

I Agree with this, EVE is the only MMORPG i've actual dished out money, if they keep up the drop outs and CTD, it will be my last.

As someone who works in a datacenter I can understand these kinds of intermittant downtimes if it is network related... so I can be understanding even if I just signed up the other day and just started playing last night, during this problem (and unaware of it).
