i have 2 accounts i cant log in right now if anyone could help i would appreciate it i cant log in to petition help this happens alot i have done everything from cleaning my cash to reinstalling client and still no luck HELP i have 2 accounts not training

Could you perhaps outline what happens exactly when you try to log in? Are you receiving some kind of error message? We would need to know more in order to be able to help you.

all it does is start the progress of logging in then whe it reaches the got units part of login it hangs there forever no error nothing then after a while of constant retrys it goe in

Singa, I sympathize with you, I have 2 accounts also, and have been unable to connect on a consistant basis since the Feb. 1st patch.
Anytime I try connecting, it will be 20 or more times trying to connect and then it may connect 1 time(if I haven't already given up in frustration). Also, if I do connect, my second account will not connect. I have a dsl connection which I can connect to other internet games and normal browsing without problems. Only with the EVE client do I have this continual problem.
I have gone the bug report route with the GMs several times, and have provided all of the files such as dxdiag.txt, logserver, and tracert.txt, and the only answer is that I should be able to connect, it must be my connection(i.e. my problem).
I have checked throughout the forums here and on eve-i.com, and have tried all the suggested solutions. I re-installed the original version and patched upto the current version. I have re-installed the current full build, I have re-installed my OS, WinXP Pro SP1 & SP2, I have installed to different partitions, and different harddrives, I have separate directories for both accounts. I have deleted the cache(btw losing all my bookmark folders for over 1000 bookmarks - what a pain!). I have edited the prefs.ini and so on, without any consistant solution.
This has been going on for almost 2 months. I have lost all my labs, more troubling is losing all the skill training time, and I have paid for 2 accounts which I cannot use. I am getting to the point of quitting and demanding a refund for the 6 months subscription that I have just paid to renew for both accounts.
Sorry to rant over your thread, but I am extremely frustated about this problem. This is a problem that CCP is certainly aware of, judging by the number of forum posts with this same problem, yet it continues to be unresolved. I will wait till the next patch, and hope to get some lovin from the DEVs about this connection & server issue.

Mine loads everything untill i get to the character then fails everytime.Now that I found thier phone # (011-354-511-4999 Iceland)i can tell them how i really feel about thier customer support(but not till i get a refund)In 2days ive had 3 responseswhich is BS. I FEEL LIKE I GOT ROBBED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   
I WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECCOMMEND THIS GAME TO NE1

i'm also going through the same problems today, and everyonce in a while. sometimes it let's me in straight away, and other times it might be several hours. i've also tried everything from re-installing drivers, to winxp, to the eve client etc. what's going on and why is this happening? ccp have already gotten my dxdiag data, and nothing has changed in my system

WTF i am seriously getting sick of this i have not been able to connect for over 2 hours on either charecter i see ppl haveing this problem but dont see anyone giving a fix for this problem i have lost lots of training time due to this and am seriously getting annoyed plesae some one tell me how to get a GM to move me if i cant get in the game that always seems to work

I'm having similar problem. HOURS of waiting on "got units" and this is dead end. Totaly no response. After about 1,5 hour of waiting it usualy drops with timeout bull****. Somebody screwed up something really bad. Please fix it ASAP.
