well i cant log in!! get part through the first loading box "got units" after putting password in and it hangs then says server disconnected i can even view my character selection screen

it then says connection to serv er lost. this all takes about 15 min

i cannot connect to the server. it authenticates fine and shows me server info on the login screen but when loading it just seems to pause and stop.
