At the risk of sounding greedy or ignorant I'm going to post a couple of my thoughts, this post can always be edited.

One of the things you wanted to create was a secondary market for shares if I read things correctly, would keeping the NAV at the initial number not be a good thing to help stimulate trading of shares via players?

Will increasing the NAV cause more headache, bring about burnout? Can the NAV be increased at a later date, perhaps after you have ran this for a while and have a good feeling for the workload?

While I sympathize with the people who did not make the IPO in time, I feel that increasing the NAV may not be the best thing to do at this time.

Feel free to persuade me other wise, my scope of finances is still very limited.

The following Investors have up to October 31st 23:59:59 EvE time to send ISK (else their reservation will be taken over by the next Investors in queue):

A cap is a cap.
If you think you made a mistake with the reservations, fix it within the cap.
If you don't think you made a mistake, there's no need to mess with the cap.

Or is this for the purchasing of additional shares? And we will receive our allotted shares on November 1st?

However if by October 31st 23:59:59 EvE some of the below Investors won't have sent ISK, his 200M reservation will become active and he'll receive the 200M in MINBSK he wanted. If they all send the ISK instead, I'll send the 200M back.
