Hello fellow MD readers,
On behalf of an anonymous party, I will be securing funding for a 300-450b bond. The bond is still in negotiation so the total amount is being ironed out. I won't be using GIRT deposits as those are reserved for another bond in progress. I will be contacting all the investors who have reservations in GIRT this evening. I'm looking for reservations right now, so do not send isk now. The bond is still in negotiation, so it's not 100% confirmed the deal will go through.
> Once a month, the interest payment will be made, likely to be done within the 1st week of each month.
> In the event of a default, investors will be refunded their capital investment and accrued interest to that point if possible. Any isk after the liquidation will be taken as my fee.
> Previous public and private investors will get priority, as will larger investors over smaller investors. This is to make things easier for me.
The client will transfer collateral over to me to cover to full amount of the bond.
The total bond size will be 300-450b isk.
The terms:
5b isk minimum investment
5b investment increments
Interest rate will be 2% monthly
Expected duration: 6-12 months
Cash out requests requires a 1 month notice, and will be cashed out as funds are available

Reservations updated, we're at 55% filled. Not half bad in a day, hopefully we can get this filled by the end of the week.

Right now it really just depends on when the bond fills, once it does, I'll start notifying everyone. So I'd imagine that would be by this weekend. This will work well as it would leave a few days to get everything setup, and we can get interest started by the 1st of the month to keep it in line with all the other bonds.

Bond is filled, I will be arranging the collateral transfer in the coming days. So please do not send isk until instructed. I will keep you all posted on the progress. Once everything is in motion, the interest payments will be the first week of every month same as with my other bonds. So the first interest payment should be expected the first week of December.

Alright everyone, isk may now be sent, no specific reason code is needed. If isk is not sent within 2 days, I will allow new investors in as replacements.
I'll keep everyone posted on the progress. Interest payments will be in line with all my other bonds. So you will be receiving interest the first week of every month. Any questions can be posted here or mailed to me.

That's correct, it is. Over the course of the bond, the client will be paying down the debt. So there should be cash outs done each month, until the bond is fully paid off.

After a quick talk with the client, he gave the go ahead to release his identity, now that the loan is finished. The loan which this bond was issued for was for Niraia.(Programer and manager of EOH Poker) He worked out a deal to buy out the business from the original owner who was going inactive. Since he was already running the show with the owners absence it made sense to buy the business from the owner.
So thanks to everyone of the investors that deal became a reality. Congrats Niraia on the purcahse of the oldest most well known poker room in EVE.
