CCP, this all brings up an old idea for a change, and my own twist to it.

The reason CCP's policy is "No name changes" is your rep is tied to your name. But, in many ways that rep is actually the rep of the player, not the character. If the character is sold to a different player, the character rep is largely irrelevant. So how about:

When buying a character from another player, you can also buy for a PLEX a name change. This can only be done if the transfer is to another player, not between two accounts owned by one player, and only once a year.

Yes, there is an issue of people hiding who owns an account from CCP, and you could always transfer it to yourself by using an intermediary (expansive). But Sreegs is on the first, and the cost of the second is a big dis-incentive.
