for a frig contest, I mounted autocannons on a Punisher. I had a dual180mm, and some 125mm's.
It looked SWEET. It had one big arm (dual180) coming out the right side. Looked like "HellBoy"
You should try it. Looks great.

Happened to me a while ago actually (as you can tell by the sig). Seems to be a bug when switching ships (I was switching from apoc to ibis), perhaps its gotten more prevalent with this latest patch.

It no longer gives you that "putting module that req. more power than your core has can blow a fuse, ect. ect." message. Thus you are now not prevented from putting bs guns on frigs.

Well tbh, frigs with large guns look clown funny.
Frigs with medium guns and cruisers with large guns look wicked.
I'll have to get a pic of my Zealot with mega pulse II's on, it looks freaking cool.

That 1400mm claw looks very funny, shame you cant activate the guns, one volly would send the little claw into the next system lol

Don't really know if they had "fixed" it at some point... but you could always stick a large turret in a high slot and even though you couldn't activate it you could undock the ship to view the graphics :P.
