Where do i get the mobile refinery skill? it aint on market anywhere and i believe i will need it to refine at my corps new pos.
any usefull advice would be appreciated

Don't need it to refine at a POS.
I'd recommend having Refinery5, ReffEff5 and Ore Processing2 for any of the ores you going to refine though.
That is if using an Intense Refinery Array.

Unless they have changed POS refining, skills have no bearing, its a flat 75%, Ice 100%, for intensing refinery.
the normal refinery is like 30 or 35%

Have got 74.85% out of ice that i refined in large pos refinery not 100% any intel about.
I used ref V / ref eff IV

If you mean the skill Mobile Refinery Operation then according to the GM who answered my petition, he can't give me any details about the skill. I wanted information on the description, and for the attributes, what effects it has. The GM told me he couldn't give any information because the skill wasn't released to the game. Interesting being that i've got the skill sitting in my hanger.

an agent gave some as part of a LP reward apparently to a mate. Message me in game and it will remind me to post who he got it from. I'd hazard to guess a school/university agent.
but mostly it would be nice to know what this nonexistent skill does

"Mobile Refinery Operation" and "Mobile Factory Operation" are listed in EVE Character Manager...

an update here. i'm going to paraphrase what i got from a GM:
If the skill has no description nor anything indicating what it does it most likely is a bug, please take the time to report this for the developers to take a look at.
He also said he was taking not for the GM logs so they could reference it in the future.
so folks turn in the bug reports :)

Both the "Mobile Refinery Operation" and the "Mobile Factory Operation" skills are seeded on the regular market in large numbers. Problem is that one have to get hold of one first and add them to the quickbar in order to be able to see them. Price on market is 630K isk for the refinery one and 900K isk for the factory one.
As of yet though, I don't think they perform any actual funtion in game (at least I haven't noticed anything).

well things got interesting on this skill this morning. I was trying to escrow it to a corp mate. after doing this yesterday i now find its impossible. You still have the skill, can purchase the skill, but you can not put it on escrow, being told it doesn't exist. So they fixed the idea of people buying and reselling for large profit but in the same time screwed those of us who want to give them to corp mates. I only hope i can trade it. probably get the same message it doesn't exist.

I bought this skill on escrow and trained it last week. As people are stating the skill has no practical function in game at the moment, as far as I can tell that is. I was skilled up to train it and someone had it for sale for like 1.2 million I believe so I figured "what the heck".

The skill is supposed to be used with Mobile Refineries, which are not in game yet.
Smaller refineries for 0.0 minin ops. No need to haul ore back, but can be anchore close to a belt.

i heard a few people say that after they learned and trained the skill up they had a glitch which wouldn't let them use refinerys or factorys anymore. don't know if that was fixed but i don't think thoes skills were suposted to be released yet.
