I know another BOS thread. And I may get a beat down from others for this. But I feel the need to take a momement to say goodbye to the greatest eve pilot and fleet commander I have ever flown with.
Skull HsC
I watched Skull take down BS's with a Black Bird. I watched him do things that made my head spin with amazment! and when we lost our original CEO Lady Pyriel/Purgitory Skull stepped up and made BOS greater then it was. His commitment to our fun in Eve was never ending.
This is truly a f**ked up day for me. And it is a great loss to Eve as a whole.
I hope that those of you who flew with him or against him will join me in saying goodbye to a great xCA warrior! And a good friend and wing man that any player could ever hope for. The game will never be the same for me.
Safe Journeys Skull, I will miss your bald minnie Head.

I didn't know the guy or anything and hate to nitpick and everything but shouldn't this fall under "Out of Pod Expirience"?
When anyhow anyone leaves EVE, it always sucks, so gl in the future.

I don't think your nit picking. I think you have a valid point. but the reason why I chose this particular forum is that Skull was our CEO. As of now. Black Omega is in transition. We have to choose new leadership. And with new leadership comes new direction. SO as this is our stituation our enemys and friends need to be aware. PLEASE don't say EvE mail....That is just WAY to many eve mails to write. And I would like to play the game. so its POST ON THE FORUMS.
I hope this is a good enough reason for the rest. Not to mention it is a Corporation anouncment and that is what this forum section is for.

Sad to see you go Skull. I still remember when you were a blackbird pilot when CA first started up. I have lots of good memory's with you fighting in the Wildlands. I also enjoyed it when you yelled at the channel numpties for being tards.

Truly a Great loss to the game.
I've flown with some awesome fleet commanders since playing this game, but never with one who had the bigger picture like Skull HsC.
I once remember him taking the reins of a disorganised rabble of a fleet that had no bookmarks. He took command and moved us around the systems like a well oiled piece of machinery...sheer poetry in motion.
Awesome with a scanner from the first day i met him too.
I wish Skull all the best, one of the very few people who let his combat do the talking...not the forums.

I still remember the day I bummed an invite from Skull as he was chasing some Storm Gaurd Elite back in the CA days. Some of the funnest times I had in game was spent in a group led by Skull. Skull is one of those few players that can take a small group of frigs and cruisers and make you say, "OMG did we just pull that off?"

The "war" on Foundation was business not personal.....ASK YOUR KIERETSU buddys why we were there! They paid then back stabbed us so they didn't look bad. Xetic/stain? I have NO idea what your talking about as we are not at war with them. And do we tell you who you can fly with or not?

One of the select few who had the commander voice. The best way to put it would be to say everytime I voted to do something as a corp I said, "Lets make Skull the dictator where us peons don't have a voice, just give me some blue and lots of red."

Gonna be missed big time bad boy. Skull was/is one of the best. He's shown me things in game I didn't think were possible.
Fighting under his command made you invincible... when you listen... otherwise feel the wrath... A character, a leader, a fighter and a sound tactician. I would fly as his wingman into the gates of hell knowing my soul if not my ship was safe.
The eve universe is smaller quieter place without him flying with us, and giving orders....

Hey Camar!
I'm here (I lost my old body though), and I hear Nirvy is coming back too!!! I won't play as much as I used to (getting old and need the sleep). It's sad that Skull leaves right when I come back again. We always tried to get him into corp leadership but he never accepted until me and Pyriel were headed out the door. Now I'm back and he leaves. From what I have seen and heard he has done a great job running the corp. I wish I could have been there to help him out. As I once said in our corp forums, me and Pyriel bled ourselves dry for the corp, but were never great leaders. Skull is exactly what the corp needed. He will be greatly missed.
I have flown in fleets under Skull's command. He is the best fleet (of any size) commander that I have had the privelege to fly with. He is also a damn good pilot! Months before he could even fly a bs he was tearing up enemies in his Blackbird. Some enemies swear to this day that he was flying a Scorp. I will miss having Skull beside me on the battlefield.

damn, this news makes me a very sad panda.
I remember flying under Skull in a few fleets, was always a positive experience. He was truly one of the greats. I would hear on TS or in alliance chat that Skull is gathering a gang, would put a smile on my face and gimme that warm fuzzy feeling cause I knew we were about to blow up stuff. Here's to hopin this is a break and not a final departure. Gonna miss ya m8!
