Can a corp surrender at no condition to a corp who declared war on it ?
I hear contradictory opinions on that matter, some say you can't surrender, some others say you can, so what's the deal, exactly ?

Afaik:
When you surrender youll be required to be in the same station as the CEO of the corp that decleared the war.
A trade screen will open where you can put junk/money in and once both parties accept it the war will end. I think it ends instantly but im not to sure.

Ok Josh, so it means that the declaring Corp can war the other corp indefinetely by not accepting the trade ?
This seems a bit strange since I used to see several surrender concord mails in my corp mailbox every day.

I think the surrender mails are from corps leaving an alliance you are at war with. As for the surrender option, I have no idea how it works.

Well the only way to test it is by declearing war on friends corp and testing the surrender option.
The 'victim corp' cannot end the war without the attacker agreeing to it.
Apart from disbanding the corp that is, which will drop all members in NPC corps.

Ok, both CEO's need to be in same station, surrender and box does open, you can put in 1 isk if the other corp accepts.
If they do, it takes 24 hrs for war to end, otherwise ppl fighting in EMpire when the surrender occurs could get CONCORDokened.

PS. If the war declarers don't accept, yes it could be a looooong war.
