Background graphic to go behind the weapons and target information so that it can be read clearly in a bright area (just like 'widescreen' did).
An option in the Neocom for a button to 'open item hanger', 'open cargo', 'open ore bay', and 'open ship hangar' so that when i accidentally close the window I don't need to mess around with the Unified Inventory tree to get it back. I just want a button.
Asteroid sizes based real-time on remaining materials.
The ability for planetary Interaction module menus to display on top of other windows. Right now you need to close a bunch of things to find the extractor window. (please see request for buttons to reopen those windows above)
An arrow in PI that points back to your command center when placing links for those really long polar route links.
A way to make the Science and Industry Planets window smaller when doing PI . Right now you can only have up to six planets, but the window is so large that you could show 15 and you can't make it any smaller, it is wasted space.
Allow an option for autopilot color in the overview to something other than the faint yellow. On some monitors it is hard to tell the difference versus the white (this is also tied to the problem with nebula brightness).
How about an option not to change course when orbiting when activating or deactivating prop mods? (webs can still change your course). Maybe ties it to your high-speed maneuvering skill?
Fix the issue where targets blow up before the missiles get there.
Give us drone control buttons (launch, recover, orbit, attack). Especially now that you are about to change the AI.
Flight time estimate in the map view based on current ship speed for a plotted course?
Please add an option to the scanner probe system so that move mouse movements do not change the bubble size (scanning range).
Add an option to delete account names from the login menu. If I tried to make a type of coffee that made all of you happy, and you rated it, the group score for it would be about 60 out of 100. Break into 3 or 4 coffee clusters, and made coffee just for each cluster, the scores would go from 60 to 78. The difference between coffee at 60 and coffee at 78 is a difference between coffee that makes you wince or makes you happy. |

In PI, add a button to extractor setup menu that allows a player to set a default time (like the orbit button). That little slider bar and the fine tuning click-fest that follows on each extractor is annoying.

Add an option to suppress the mouse click functionality to change the scanning range probes when you are trying to move them.
Add an option to center your camera in the system map on the center of your probe search.

Can I please get an 'item hangar' button in the Neocomm that will stay? If I accidentally close my item hangar can I get a single, simple, basic button to reopen it rather than to have to 'open inventory, expand the tree that wastes screen space, scroll down through or collapse the ship hangar, shift+click to reopen it where it was, then go back and close the inventory system screen.
Same thing with the 'ship hangar' . Now, with the ship hangar there is a keyboard shortcut bind that you can assign.. it doesn't work, but you can assign it. So if you could fix that and then make a keybinding for the item hangar while you're at it, that would work too.
