If you don't want a reply from empire pirates, try the corps and alliances sections.
he wants PVPers, and as he does not rate guys whom sit at 180k from gates ganking small ships as PVPers (as i dont) he didnt want u included.

tbh you should only get podded when you get into 2 situations:
1 LAG (this one if you have a good pc you should avoid)
2 Smartbomb/Bubble (this one you can aviod with caution)
as for me i got podded due to 1 when i had my old shed of a pc and there was half a million ca shooting me

I last got nailed by the damn session change bug during the FoE war. My ship (Raptor) didn't just jump and then my pod sat there too while MAXSuicide and about five of his friends torped my into another reality. 
Prior to that, I hadn't been podded my entire time in BDCI. Previously, the only person in game who had my corpse was Zarquon of Teddybears back from my SPVD days. They took my Scorp, then they took my life.

Been playing for over a year now, been podded 3 times i believe... I've opearated in 0.0 as a PVP'r all my play time, except for the first two months.

Lag has nothing to do with your PC.

Well if you dont count the # of times i've used the pod-express...i'd say i've been podded about 2 times in my 1 yr or so of pvping. If you know what ur doing..and u dont run into a lot of lag or a bug then its almost imposible to catch a pod.

I would Say i get podded 2-3 times per month. BUT a good number of these pods are because I fly out far for a battle, lose a ship, and don't want to fly back in pod, its easier to let somone kill you or just auto destruct.

i been podkilled 3 times in celes, 1st time to lag, once afk in 0.0, once due to an inty duel and wanted to congratulate the guy.
Uusually u only get podkilled if u run into a gank group of inty's etc.

4 times in total that weren't clonejumps (which happends quite often) first 3 was 9-10 months ago, 1 to a smartbombing dual (or triple) mwding apoc and 2 while being drunk off my ass.
last one, a week or so ago, due to lag during a duel.

I used to get podded all the time back when I was on a 56K connection and I had a crappy PC in general. Must be a small collection of my corpses out there
But since I got my current PC and broadband like a year or so ago, I don't think i've been podded once

I've been podded once in september 2003. My 2-man corp declared war on some "merc" corp, and we chased them around. I jumped into 0.4 sys and crashed, when I logged back on I was in station. Turns out some cheeser shot my blackbird and podded me, since I had negative sec rating.

Lag has nothing to do with your PC.
Disagree, more case if you dont have DX9 card. Upgraded my PC and GFX card just over a year ago now and not ben podded since and only lost a thorax since then as well.

3 pods back in the days where missile spam meant instapodkill.
1 pod ever since it was fixed and that was due to my client crashing, why the pod didn't autowarp heaven knows....

Being pod killed is easy...no ned for lag or anything.
I'm a verry bad pvper yet when i destroy a ship 8/10 times i get the podkill with it.Only thing is most people don't use the fittings for it.A scorpion with 6 sensor boosters does the trick..trust me.

if u want a good pod catching ship leave the scorp behind and jump into a griffin, 3 boosters and 1 wd.

Ur totally right....but the scorp is ideall for this since u can fit on it a warpscram and a webber too and with this setting ur a nightmare for anything smaller then a battleship.But that's just the way i do it.

Not counting clone jumps to save traveling times i would say i lost 7-8 pods.
Now on the other side you gotta give big props to ppl who've been playing for over a year and never got podded. I remember we used to camp ec-p8r gate in instalock apocs and podding rate was almost perfect 100%. If you lost your ship, you were almost certain to end in cloning facility. Even some of the more experienced pvpers and gate runners got podded. And that is only cause of nature of instalock and game lag, has almost nothing to do with skills of either player.

Noone can escape a BS packing the Named thermal smartbomb and the pod ejects in range.
