He's mentioned selling his character a few times but the same old badly named, poorly executed merc outfits are entirely too predictable for that character to be in someone else's hands. Normally I'm all for giving new and aspiring mercs a positive (or neutral) glance, but I have more familiarity with the God Squad replacement wannabes. They will throw themselves at practically anything though, so if you want to fight 8 spider tanking domis, that might be interesting. But yes, efficiency is easier to control when you have a smaller group of players...and don't recruit everyone who you can get to listen to your pitch.

I suspect that may have gone afk during the fight, I don't know. You'd have to be as mad as a bicycle to have any dealings with this bunch. Seriously, when they're not losing to fail fleets, they usually create alts to join the corps they are at war with and then pod them all day long, all in the name of padding their already shakey killboard stats.

PMC is actually a really likable guy, its just that he is a terrible FC. I have tried to train him and get him to a competent level, but theres just no hope for him. When I was leading the fleets for Drone Fed / Northern Strike, we were constantly winning and kicking ass. For anyone who missed it, you can watch it here Godsquad getting wrecked During my month or so time of CEO, I cleaned the fail out, kicking useless members and corps from the alliance, and establishing a strong "core" of dedicated players. We wrecked EVE UNI,Astromechanica Federatis , and many other corporations, including NOIR, with some help from Lost Obsession ofc . To PMC's credit, however, Drone Federation, the so called failure highsec corp, has outlasted godsquad it would seem. PMC may not be the greatest corp leader or FC out there, but he has one thing few players have : infinite levels of determination. He is, in my opinion, the little engine that could of New Eden. I myself got tired of leading the corp and let it die after we moved to lowsec, managing a group of EVE players is much more headache than its worth. PMC eventually came back and restarted it, it is now back to the spot before I took over, sadly. I myself have since moved on to "real pvp", with Tri Gun, although I still have an "advisory" role in Dronefed. What can I say, I like helping the underdogs.

Oh dear, I think I hit a nerve. You've pretty much hit the nail on the head that you are total bads. The engagement you mention in your reply was the first one. The one where you brought a dozen RR battleships (2008 stylee) to our hq and then blueballed us after losing two of them and then smacked us in local saying how pro you were. Aren't you the guys that have a 20mill SP requirement by the way? Yet you still get beaten by us mere Rifter alts in our 'pretend role play war.'

Just an idea ... For starters you could try posting on your main. Yeah we had logis, but you know what? So did godsquad, so did Astromechical Federatis. NOIR fight was less about neutral logis and more about triage. Actually, come to think of it, the only group we fought that didnt have logis as well was probably EVE uni. Yes, I think Logis in high-sec are OP, and im glad their getting nerfed next expansion, maybe it will bring back some sort of balance into high-sec wars. If you fly without logis in this game, whether in highsec or lowsec or null, you going to lose a lot more ships than if you had them. It really is the nature of the game at this point, you either fly logistics of some kind or you welp, constantly. Everyone whines about logis in highsec but nobody seems interested in flying the counters to them, kind of funny when you think of it. Also worth noting, most if not ALL the Northern Strike / Drone Federation logi wasn't active logi but dual box'ed, its not hard to switch targets and blap someone before everyone who is busy fighting on their main has time to alt tab.

He then broadcasted for capacitor and reps. When our logistics (that didn't know about this) then started to give him capacitor and reps, then they also got a target to the navy police lol. So it all got screwed up and our logistics couldn't focus much on our battleships when they had to rep each others logistics like crazy. This is the reason why we lost that fight. Except the last iteration of The God Squad (with Rebirth. in it) lasted roughly 16 months. Drone Fed has been around for 7 months with it's "death" for a month and recent revitalization of hodgepodge players. I don't anticipate Drone Fed lasting another 9 months, certainly not as "mercs."

Yeah, it may have been a factor, but so were our bhaalgorns that were sitting right next to your Logis neuting them to ****. Blaming your members for losing the fight, how very mature. Yes that pilot made a mistake, but there was still plenty of things you could have done to atleast avert disaster, instead you should blame Kai for committing to the fight despite the reps in trouble. At this point, I dont really care, as its water under the bridge, what drone federation does without me there as leader / main fc is totally up to PMC.
