The patch that was scheduled for tomorrow has been pushed back due to some performance issues that have arisen with large scale fleet battles. Rather than deploy the patch and try to hotfix issues that come up, it was decided to delay the patch.
The patch is tentatively scheduled for deployment next week. The patch notes will be updated with any new additions and the date of the patch will be announced in the near future.

Weren't there ALWAYS performance issues with large scale fleet battles?
EVE should come with a label WARNING: May not be suitable for fleet battles of 20 or more

oh, since the patch is delayed by programming team for another week.. why not have the content team add a couple tweaks of its own?
Can the content team increase drop rate of implants? The prices for basic implants are way too high. Someone at CCP already said that they want them lower like they were in Castor. So why not add this fix? considering devs acknowleged this little problem, it's surprising it wasn't in patch notes

That's cool. You always manage to plan Extended DTs when i get time off school. So yay for this.
There's always been issues with fleetbattles though - Care to elaborate?

"The patch notes will be updated with any new additions and the date of the patch will be announced in the near future." Does that mean you know have enough time to sneak in extra large shield extenders, T2 shield relays and cap relays for next week? _________________________________________________ Gallente defensive innovation comes from unexpected source. |

This was far worse than usual. Nothing new will be added to the patch except fixes to the performance issue, since adding new stuff at this point in time would just delay the patch further. _____________________________ I say hey sky, s'other say I won say, I pray to J I get the same ol' same ol. |

nice more time for burning isk in POS, well i doubt the little change to the agent reward would have changed it anyway.

So if there is some data structure in EVE database that have a little number determining how often implants drop.. changing that number would delay the patch?
activating a couple more tech 2 modules would delay the patch? No, unless it has to be done by same person that fixes fleet battle issue. But whatever

Actually I find this quite refreshing, what has happened in the past is that the patch gets deployed, lag is terrible due to lack of testing people get ****ed , lose ships cause all kinds of forum postings.
This patch, day before you load test it with the attack on the titan on the test server and you found a problem and delayed the patch.
Kudo's to CCP on catching what might have been yet another very annoying patch day.

ôI thought you said you were gonna stop that.. ö I was just asking when the rest of the T2 modules would come out. I want to see them all from cap relays to cargo expanders to new modules like extra large shield extenders.
I donÆt recall ever saying I would stop asking about T2 modules and I ask about them evey patch. Surly T2 is something on everyoneÆs mind. There must be people here who want Cap relays T2 and extra large shield extenders.
I do wonder will we one day have T2 versions of everything that is already a T1 module.

aside from tech 2 mods, would be nice to see something like Chelm's Modified Cargo Expander.. with 45% more cargo!
not that I'd ever need such a thing, but I know I could sell it to some carebear for a brand new faction BS

I applaud the devs for doing this. Better late than unplayable. If there was a "thumbs-up" or "attaboy" emoticon I would put one here.
