Xetic shot and killed a shinra hauler after they said they wont shoot first... way to go 
Funny thing is.. it was cls that made the other post. and it was a cls member killing a shinra hauler.

to my info, the apology came not direct after the accident. Also i hear various stories of Cyvok that had confirmed that Shinra should be killed. Don't know what is true of it, just opening my ears.
Yes, we shot Xetic a few times too. We apologized ßnd paid a rich reimburstment for the loss. And this was done directly after.
And for all the people saying this war could not have been prevented, yes it could. There was no agendapoint that said something like: Tuesday April 5th, Invasion Xetic space.
Not that i am aware off. But hey, you dont hear me complaining just yet. Should be fun ;).

i think that was when every one was moving down to curse not many where aware of the info on shinra and damn standings are a pain to keep updating :P happened to me to shinra killed my ship but found out i was friendly after lol :)
At one point in life a man has to make a disicion one that he will have to face the rest of his life .......

"By accident?" What, did his cat walk across the F keys on his keyboard?
Nah, the shooting was very deliberate. Even the pilot admits it: he went back to his TS channel, asked and was given permission to fire. There was no "accident."
Now, you might be closer to the truth if you said there was a "miscalculation" or even just a "f--k up." But a mistake? No way.

Well,, now we all know the truths
1) I am the true Evil in EvE, I cause everything that is horid and wrong in the universe!
2) CA planned to attack anyway, at least now weather we live or die we didn't wait for it to come to us. We took it to them.
3) Even the mighty uber members of Shinra will fly 5 TOTALLY unescorted haulers thru 0.0 and get all ****ed off when one gets popped.
*please note: we all have the greatest respect for Shinra and ATUK, this will be a great war no matter the out come!
