I was looking at the logistic ships and tring to find a use for them <-- ya right 
But I came up this idea. The only real weapon you can put on these bad boys is of course the smart bomb.
So why the gaurdian it has the largest capacitor and power grid to fit and use the the largest number of Medium smart bombs.
Now I thinking the most you could fit 5 maybe 6 if you have max skills.
soo 700 to 840 dmg at 4000m 
The down side is you only have one medium slot so will need that for the After Burner.
4 low slots for armor tanking if you can fit it.
It might be fun to tool around get shot then run up to the guy let off your smart bombs and then die because your ship sucks 
You get a big laugh the guy that blows you up gets big laugh

Logistics ships was done to do support. Nothing Else. I think your setup is a bit mad. Maybe you should try destroyers, with a mix of smarties and nos, a AB ou MWD, and capa recharger and relays?

Maybe, just maybe, what if these ships weren't meant for PvP? What if they were meant for PvE. People who like to take on multiple BS spawns but dont have the luxury of warping out all the time becase their DoT may not allow them to? Or for mission runners who would actually like to get their time bonus on some of the deadspace missions? In that role that are awesome.

yes it is mad I would never do this but i want to see another noob do it
