The oldest corporation in EVE is currently recruiting.
About Us
Colossus Technologies has existed since the very first day of EVE and in fact from early BETA. We are currently situated within empire space and make our money from the industrial side of the EVE universe. With a large selection of blue prints and skilled members we are able to offer a wide variety of ships and equipment to the people of eve for reasonable prices. Our current goals include that of expanding into the less secure areas of space and in order to do this we must first expand our work force. We are not currently in an alliance though we have in the past been a part of one and may be so in the future.
About our members
We are mostly situated within GMT although we do have members from other time zones. Our members have experience in all aspects of eve and we are more then willing to pass on our knowledge to newer players. We are also glad to learn from the experiences of others.
So if you are looking for a corp., whether changing from an old corp. into a new or just starting out in the game, we would be more then willing to consider you for CTEC.

Social aspects
CTEC believes strongly that the corps main goal in the game is to have fun and as such try to organize things in the game that not only entertain us and break up the tedium of mining but also encourage the corp. to interact in their ôoff hoursö. As an example we recently reinstated the weekly frigate wars to great effect. I say this because I was the winner  . IÆve also been informed that it is in fact possible to shoot people other then our CEO 3names. Though we are yet to find out howà We hope that we will be able to continue these events and in time introduce more, perhaps ones that donÆt relay so heavily on combat skills. We also try to negate as much of the cost to the participants as we can should they need it.

That's one flashback experience here.
Diablo, Mauriceq and 3names all (back) into CTEC ?
And to top it off I spoke to our good old crazy greek CTBadIronTree this very morning.
This is the corp that spawned me, one of Eve's premier forum *****s and slacker extraordinaire. Joining these guys can't be bad can it ?

I know Krath exists since mid 2001, well before Alpha. Endless came a bit later i think, dunno for sure.
The stats you mention are from post-retail, and have an entirely differnt value, namely, the first people to get the game, install it, reg an account, make 150k and make a corp.

A few quick points
1) Nothing to do with you

3) CTEC was the first corporation to be founded when EVE LAUNCHED, thus making us according to all back-story and anything else that really matters the oldest corp. in the game. If I wanted to get technical I could create a corp. based on a guild/clan from another game that I played when I was 6 or something and say that itÆs the oldest corp. in eve. But I'm not going to. So if you donÆt want to join CTEC that fine by me as frankly I'd reject any request u made. But please have the common decency to leave other people recruitment posts alone.
For those of you still looking for a corporation CTEC is still very much recruiting and in answer to some of the more common questions IÆve been getting. We try to do corp. stuff on weekdays where anything that is gained is shared between those that help and the corp. itself. We mainly mine and run agent missions but currently we operate a P.O.S. on the outskirts of empire space.

CTEC has had alot of new applicants and people interested receantly and frankly its beyond my skill to cope with. So we've found some peon... i mean members to 'help' out. My old account never was affiliated with you guys, but it is good to see that so many familiar names are still around (even though my own old mates seem to have disappeared). It was my memories of the early community that brought be back to Eve.
