Based on the navy megathron, but with more damage (+25% damage bonus), 1 more mid slot and using Minmatar and gallente BS skills, to provide 2 further bonuses. Its black, its pirate, its cool.

why are people continuing to overprice faction ships? very soon money will be harder to make from mission especially in empire. faction ships shouldn't be no more then 1 bil or 2 bil. whats the point in getting one when you ain't gonna use it in fear or getting it wiped.. oh.. I forgot those that would get em ain't pvpers sorry .. heh

BTW Ill repeat this is a UNIQUE ship hence the high price...
As my corp mates say, the serpentis agents are :
A: Rubbish
B: Unusable in Curse space
Empire faction ships are common.
As for PVP. my mate and I have racked up quite a few BS kills using his navy megathron. Other people can treasure and stroke this though in the priavcy of their own hanagr if they so desire.

There is one drawback to this ship though...according to eve-i, this ship has only 0.105 agility, compared to the 0.155 every other battleship has. That's 50% slower to warp and 50% slower to orbit afaik.

Actually, it's 33% less agile than any other battleship.
You are wrong in that adding a module that gives 5% agility would make the calculation:
0.105 * 1.05 = 0.11025

Angels and Serpentis are both in both Fountain and Curse... Vast majority in Curse.
And you need both Gall BS skill and Minmatar BS skill.

The damage is exactly the same as a normal megathron with gallente bship lvl5. It just has the same MWD bonus that the thorax and deimos have and an extra mid slot. Which means there is finally a blasterboat that can passive tank and not have to use an injector.
And why doesn't it seem to bother anyone that it's 33% less agile than a normal or navy megathron?
I'd pay 4bil for it if I had that kind of money, but not more.

well .. that is probably due to the fact it has almost 2k more hp's, 1.8k more armor, and about 1.5k more sheilds . i'd make that trade for a lil slower agility (0.05 less) oh and 50 m3 less cargo

A donation to BIG, with an EVE-wide auction and you keep 90% or 95% of the profits, would be the best way to sell this for max isk. It'd attract lots more people than the few people with billions of isk in their wallets. I really think it's a great idea.

Compared to the Navy Mega (if the Navy mega pilot has Gallente BS V and the Vindicator pilot has Gallente and Minmatar both at level V!.
(This comparison is made with current EVE-I data)
+1 medium slot!
+ 50% less cap use on MWD!
-10m3 capacity
-1 low slot!
-7% shields
-7% armor
-47,6% agility!
Sure it has its strengths but also has some big weaknesses compared to the Navy Mega.
But it is properly very very rare if not unique as Jimmy says.
I would really like to hear from Jimmy if the data from EVE-I is correct?

Honestly the market for these ships is mind-numbingly small. JimmySav is looking for billions for this ship, but exactly how many people have Gallente Bship and Minmatar BShip, plus the billions needed to buy this amazing piece of machinery? It's only a few people who can afford this ship, and if they haven't posted on here yet they probably won't at all.
Jimmy's best bet is to go with that 4.2 bil offer earlier in the thread, or auction it off. I don;t think "As soon as it reaches a sum i accept they will be able to buy the ship" will work.
I know I personally would sink a lot of cash into a lottery should this come up.
