Possible? Cos I am thinking of trying it.
Any suggested setups?
Currently have:
Hi: 5x Malkuths
Med: C-5L Med SB (or something like that) 2 relevant hardeners Blank
Low: 2x Balistic Controls
Any suggestions on improved setup whether this is possible or otherwise. ________________________________________________ Stop Whining!!!

Personally I would skip the hardners for 2X cap chargers (named or T2 preferrably) and try to fit a LARGE SB instead.

Put something in that empty medium slot, even if it's a cargo scanner :)

If you think you can do a better job, go find yourself a datacentre to host a box, get a copy of Visual Studio, and STFU.

fit a 10mn Afterburner Tech II in meds and caprelays in lows...u can outrun the NPCs then and shoot without gettin hit that much. and align to a planet so u can warp out in case of gettin into armor.

A 4/10 in Caracal is very hard. Fit an Afterburner in that empty Med slot, u will need it to stay at distance.
Caracal is a ship for killing from distance. Shield and Armor are very small and u will die dfaster than u can call for help if some1 comes to close to you. Afaik all ships in the stage will attack you when you start to kill them, so you should be able to kill them very fast, or to stay at range. Very hard job in a caracal, and very risky.
I did a 4/10 in an Eagle, that's fun.

I did a 4/10 in a caracal.. not too hard. The one I did didn't have a large number of ships right at warp in, so I could get position and kite them...

Edited by: JoeSomebody on 25/04/2005 00:43:23 did 4/10 guristas complex in Moa quiet a few times - found it being way too easy.
Caracal could use large shield extender and t2 AB - orbit at 41 km and laught at silly rats
Edit: If you wanna be paranoid about surviving fit active kinetic harderner (thermal is almost irrelevant since most dmg you will be taking from missles). I suggest 1x pdu and 1x bcu for lows.

Depends on the complex. I did a 4/10 Guristas Recon post, was a breeze. Highest bounty was a single ship at 95k, twin ships at 75k.
I did a 4/10 Serpentis, first part was a breeze, highest ship 140k. The second stage had a 1.25m and a 2.5m battleship so I couldnt do it, as they were gunning me at 60km.
This was in a ferox, a caracal can do the Guristas 4/10 if you are careful, and not afraid of warping out.
