Im looking to find out which amarr Assault frigate is the best for pvp. It will be used in a team and almost never solo and wont be used at all for npc. Any info helps, thanks

Like them both, but they arent exactly great at PvP unless you use them for specific purposes as part of a team.
I like my pimp double tanked Vengeance, but the Retri looks better, and looking good is half the point!:)

depends. What you wanna do with it?
NPC - retribution
station camping - retribution
allaround - vengeance(but other races have ships better at that)
buy both and use the one you like.

Me and my friend are going to use the amarr Frig as a damage dealer and a crow or other frigate as a tackler to take on larger ships and other frigates. Its basically gonna be used for damage and survivability. WHich one do you suggest?
Also I would use another races but all I can use is caldari and I use lasers for tech 2 so theres no point.

In that case the Retribution by a long shot. If it's just going to be shooting and getting shot at.

Well is retri a good choice as far as every Assault Frigate is concerned? What can I fight and win against in a retri if I have a tackling intercepter along my side and also solo? Thanks

How does it go....
Well easy, Retribution. It make not be able to scramble or web but if you match a retribution vs a Vengance the Reribution won't die... the Vengance my be able to escape but it lacks the fire pwr or tank to take a Retribution 1vs1.
(ret even has greater range)

They have the same range, but the retribution can deal more damage and absorb more damage. Vengence is slower and heavier, which makes it handle poorly by comparison. The vengence looks nice on paper, until compared against any other assault frigate. Meridus had an interesting idea about giving it 4 mids awhile back, though it wouldnt be all that wonderful for shield tanking, it would make it a unique EW assault ship with a change like that. Personally i think the vengence is nice and all, but it feels like its missing something.

I just love my Retribution with max heatsink 2s and medium pulse 2s and a gistii ab. Vengance got abit more cap but the 5th low slot ont he Retribution can always be used for a cap relay. 
Did all the lvl 3 missions in it aswell including pirat extravaganca

You can win against anything with enough skills and a stupid person against you.
Train up small rail skills and get a Caldari Harpy - they rock.

Retribution - Huge damage output, Good Tank.
Vengeance - Low damage output, Poor Tank.
