Update: I followed the suggested resolution described in this link and everything was fine last night. I did not change any other settings besides adding this line into the prefs.ini file. Not a single problem last night.
On another note, drones. They seam to be a little too 'calm'. Before the patch they would set out after the remaining rats after making the initial kill. Now they kill the rat I assigned them to and return to orbit my ship. They will however (sometimes) go after a rat before I tell them to attack. It is really not that big of an issue, but something I thought I should mention.

For the record...
Lost implant and hardwiring boosters.
Skills and Skill points aparently not affected. Just switched training and it worked ok.

Evry time when I change all the cristals from my 7 weapons, and if I change them realy fast, 2-3 crystals that I already changed are unloading! And I allways have to reload to those lasers. More exactely the laser that is unloading is the one that is ahead of the next laser I curently reload in less than 1 second from the laser that is unloading
EDIT: Another realy big problem I have discovered: When you login and you are in space, there is a freeze that most of the time if you open your task manager you will see that the program is not responding (WinXP) and you need to wait like 30 seconds so the freeze to pass and the program running again in task manager. This can be especialy dangerous if you have been droped and you are in a hostile system, because your ship will most likely allways warp to the gate.
Also most of the time there is the "no skill in training" and all your skills are down to 0. This is the display bug, and its extremely frustrating especialy if you need to change your skill. You need to try diferent ways to login and dont have this display bug. Sometimes its imposible to fix for a period. _________________________________

Tryed clearing the cache folder and that didn't help. If my alt checks his wallet he can move me to another section in the wallet. There by fixing the wallet till I go and open the accounts section by mistake and break the whole thing all over again.

Implants and Boosters missing is just a visual bug, the eve system seems to know they are still there. (I too have the bug, so you can pretty much guess it's a common place issue)
I stumbled on another bug involving Labslots: Simply in Wallet selecting the Accounts tab, I have four labs currently, however only three show and the little Loading indicator starts to whirl as it attempts to complete the data shown, however it seems to act broken and causes the wallet to hang.
The only way around it is to press the little "x" to close the wallet and circumnavigate using the assets window in wallet.

Really bad lag since the patch. it takes at least 10-20 seconds to do ANYTHING. often longer.

I own an Iteron Mark II which has 3750 base cargo space. I have 2 basic cargo expanders (15% each) which takes it to 4875. I also have a little extra from the Gallente Industrial skill.
Now, when I switch to a different ship my bonus from industrial skill stops being applied, which I guess I could go either way on. But what I think is a bug is that the cargo expanders also stop affecting the ships cargo, causing one of my three huge secure cans (1500 m3 each) to be dropped to the station hanger. Is this by design that modules don't apply when the ship is unmanned? What about skill bonuses?

Firstly - bought a couple of new Secure Cargo Canisters - managed to rename them in my Cargo bay but when i open then the new name has not been carried forward still reads "Small Secure Container"
The game is getting increasingly unplayable. It is taking in Isaziwa for example 30 - 40 seconds from when it says "Docking Requested" for the ship to dock and the screen to change to the inside of the station.
Once you eventually get there xfering stuff into and out of your cargo is practically impossible. Its takes an absolute age for the cargo to be repopulated and moving the cargo takes forever.
There are 3 other systems - Perimeter, Niyabainen, Tunttaras (all linked BTW) which are also showing the bugs of Isaziwa. Isaziwa problems didn't happen till Sat 16th though.
And before you tell me to "wait for the downtime" - I have waited through several downtimes and that is not the answer.
If there are problems, i'm sure we would all appreciate an update on the News section before we log on properly. That way we would know the risks and would have no course to complain. I'm sure you dont need hundreds on emails, posts, petitions etc all saying the same thing.
Its just annoying when the patch was delayed due to "performance issues" and what happens when it is impleminted, we all have "performance issues". Possibly a LOT more testing needed done before something that worked was replaced by something that doesn't.

Having lots of problems wit changing crystals in lasers.
They load, then unload. Or they load and then unload when the laser next to them loads a different crystal.

Twice now I have lost 3 rented lab slots.
I already had 3 labs active in the station, I rented 3 more and installed some cruiser BPO to research from ME0 to ME10 (around 3 weeks each). When I checked a couple of days later the labs were not rented, my BPO were back in my hanger and I was 3x 2.3mil ISK out of pocket.
I repeated this yesterday and am again out by 3x2.3mil.
I've filed a bug report and rented a single additional lab as a test this time.
Also, I expected the cost of lab slots to decrease if there were free labs in the station?! My station has 25 free slots and the price hasn't moved as far as I can tell since the patch.

Has anyone noticed that when you activate modules it trys to move them to a different slot? Also having the same problem with visual implant bug. Noticed this in Gerper system while mining, mining laser kept acting like i was trying to equip something else in that slot.

Since the patch I am being dropped continuously from the server. Today I have ctd 5 times in less than 20 minutes. No one single thing causes it. I am running an AMD processor with an ATI 9500 Vid card. My connection is through a DSL line using a Westell Router. On a side note I run another account at the same time using the router without one bit of trouble. This is through a HP Pavilion laptop with a ATI 9000 Mobility Video card. A very annoying bug I must say.

There's an unbelieveable amount of bugginess with EVE since this patch has been brought in. I can't even patch the game myseflf - getting a bad checksum error' whenever I try to apply it, despite 3 re-installs. I can't even type in my username/password at the login screen for the same reason a few other players have mentioned above.
CCP, if I were you I would seriously consider shutting down the entire game, and freezing everyone's accounts temporarily until the game is halfway playable, because things are simply unacceptable as they are, and from the volume of crippling problems I've read ploughing through the forums is any indication, if you leave Tranq running laissez faire, its going to take ages to sort even half of them out.
I really don't want to have to cancel my account. But if the game remains in its current state, I really don't have any other choice.

I am experiencing huge ammounts of lag durring the following operations:
Warping I arrive twice (rubberbanding) on every warp. First time loadsplanets/belts/station while the second time loads ships. delay between loads = about 1-2 seconds.
Opening Mail Opening mail takes 7-10 seconds.
Opening any Hanger Takes 7-10 seconds.
Undocking 50% of the time doesnt work after several minutes per attempt. Relogging fixes this.
Incorrect Capacitor Displays Indicates very little or no change in capacitor levels even when empty.
Eve performed perfectly for myself before the last patch and now its almost unplayable.

Well... I'm absolutely amazed by the number of bugs that have been implimented in this last patch, when reading through this thread. When someone ( several here have stated this ) tells you, nothing has changed on their end yet you ( CCP, the company ) did make Software changes... Guess where the problem lies? Stop trying to place the blame on peoples machines, most of us know enough... Heck most of us probably built our systems, as I did. I can tell you your most recent patch is causing problems.
The MAIN one that is bothering me... 'Freeze Frame Effect'. Play the game for about an hour and after that the game starts this like pause in the video about every 30 seconds, it's just a pause and then it continues on. It has caused headaches and it's extremely annoying. And, yes, before the patch it was beautiful... This problem did not exist. Guess where the problem lies? Yep, you guessed it, it's the software manufacturer... I didn't change anything other than downloaded a patch from them ( you, CCP ).
Why is it that EVERY MMO I've played when they institute a patch to alter the game starts pointing the finger at the Players ( the paying customer ) when problems arrise? I figured CCP's smaller, it will be different... Well they obviously aren't any different. Fix your latest patch, or remove it. You've made the game unplayable to a LOT of your player base and annoying to yet a LOT more.
Think about it.

1. We are not getting any Mail anymore concerning the Bills that we have to pay for Labs Factorys and Offices. Though the bills appear in the Wallet.
2. Everytime i loose connection and reconnect to the server my skilltraining is on hold
3. NPC Frigates drop 425mm Rails while Battleships drop 125mm ones
4. No more Storyline Missions
5. Lab prices aint decreasing if the previous 32 slots are still ocupied ( the new labs arent takin into consideration.

Major inconvinience here, autopilot isn't working out side a 1 - 2 jump range. On the map it tells me that the destination is unreachable. In the assets window it tells me that each system is 1000000 jumps away. It's still possible to approach each stargate manually and jump when in range, but travelling round eve through that method takes more time than I have available. {\_/} (#.o) (\_/) (>\~)>+-- {+.+} This is Bunny. Ditto, me too only add looking at assets, looking at list of buddies, sometimes takes 5 mins to look at a buddy list with 30 people on it, other char with 150 buddies takes 10 minutes or more with screen frozen half the time. |

Thanks for the idea, Storm, but I read this same idea in another thread and believe me I've tried it. Infact, ClockMon is running right now. It does not help, at all. The only thing that helps is exiting the game and rebooting the PC. When you reenter the game then you have a couple of hours again before it starts up again.
I guess what I find most annoying about it is, prior to the last patch I did not have this problem. The problem is obviously a Client issue and resulted from the patch, I'm just hoping the patch to fix the patch corrects it.
And you know, ClockMon is helping some folks and that's GREAT! But I guess my other major problem with this is... We the paying customer should NOT be looking for third party software to hide CCP's Client issues. They just need to clean up / fix their code.
/me still waiting for the 'Freeze Frame Effect' to go away. :\

I accidentally targeted it, but since I was close to the jump gate I figured I'd just hope the didn't notice. Anyway, my ship jumped while my camera was still on the other ship, and I was stuck. I couldn't reset my camera, and my camera was "trapped" in the original system. I logged out, logged back in, and it took about 5 minutes for my character to load (longer than ususal). The ship was in the proper system, but the autopliot seems to be working slowly. I click the autopilot button, and it takes 30 seconds or so before my ship does anything.
Edit--- The camera thing seems to be happening on all jumps. My camera stays in the original system, with all system objects gone (I only see the background) It's been 4 minutes and my camera hasn't jumped yet.
