While trying to type something with a capital W in it, it activates the "shift-w close all windows" shortcut.
1. Shift should never be combined with a letter for a shortcut in a game where I can be typing
2. It shouldn't be trying to activate shortcuts while my cursor is in the text-entry space of the chat window.

Every time i try to logg on(where i chose account and type password) some 5 connection lost windows pop's up. That 5 windows pr key touched.

I've been getting that since my first attempt to apply the new patch earlier today failed (checksum error - and no, I've not been hacking the files). You can get around it by typing your password into any text editor, copying it, and then right-click in the password box of eve and paste.
I'm still trying to patch - tried downloading the 30Mb res.stuff replacement as suggested elsewhere on the site, and it still comes up with a checksum error and fails to patch.
Currently downloading the full client again (after the torrent failed). Cry cry. Well, at least my training is good 'til tomorrow night.

Two issues I've found:
The item descriptions on the website have not been updated with changes in the last patch. The Blackbird would be an example. Can someone please do that?
The repair screen is buggy, I either have to click repair all or spend 5 minutes clicking on a specific item before I get a repair bill higher than 0.0 ISK.

Ok, managed to patch eve without downloading the full client again. I'm not sure if it's related, but I kept a couple of my own "house-keeping" programs in the eve directory (one to clean the cache and one to make the windowed-mode a little "nicer"). I moved those out of the eve directory, put the old res.stuff file back (I kept a backup of everything), and then the patch ran smoothly.
As I say, not sure if the extra files I had in the dir made a difference or if it was coincidence, but it may help if others have a similar problem.

Just to add here. I too experienced the error when installing the patch on the res.stuff file, and from there I received the galzillion annoying pop-ups when typing in my password. Luckily that I've learned to back up my \cache folder every other night. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the latest patch file was accepted. I copied my \cache folder from last night into my \Eve folder, and was able to login. If you are getting the same thing I believe you can just copy the \cache folder that you have on hand to somewhere safe, and repeat my steps above. Hope this helps.

Bugs and exploits should be reported through the proper method by filing a report for our Quality Assurance department. You can find the form here. Issues discovered while playing on the Chaos test server should be noted in the Patch Review forum. Discussions about unverified problems in the game can cause unnecessary panic in the community. When there is an issue the community needs to be aware of, we will make an official statement about it.

Obscene number of crash to desktops and reboots.
Geforce 4 Ti 4200, SB Audigy I (disabled, hell even hardware acceleration for it is disabled)
It has always happened for a few hours after downtime starting about a week ago, yes, I am using a router, no I have never had trouble with it, yes this has only begun recently, and since the patch it has gotten MUCH worse. Only perk is now I can log back in faster since the patch, I dont hang at 'Entering game with..'
It seems a temporary fix is to run logserver.exe, as then I just get the reboot style crashes, so I cant catch any of them. Sort of annoying 
Odd part is, it will reboot at ANY window being open in Eve. Character selection, Login, station, space. Anything. Whoops, just did it again, and I wasn't even touching it, I was sitting here on the pc next to it writing this. This is getting pretty ridiculous
