I have the exact same problem, apparently it means that the server is full (800 people) so lets hope they increase it soon.

It works only if your docked somewhere.. I think, and even then, there is very little you can do other than chat, or reading/sending evemails. :(
Edit: It booted me when I attempted undock.. arg!

I doubt if it means that 800 peeps are on. More like the address of the server that has failed or a very helpful error number. It said Proxy Full(0) earlier. If there are 800 peeps on the system, i doubt if they are having much more fun than us ;p
Poke it in the eye again CCP.

I am getting very tired with EVE Patch Day. Somehow they manage do a worse job of it every time.
My character has been without skill training for six hours now and I need to go to bed.
I am completely and utterly ****ed off.

I suspect the 800 is indeed an imposed limit on the number of people allow to log into the _proxy_, of which there are apparently a few. I think the Cluster Full(0) from earlier was when they realised the problem and stopped more people logging in to minimise disruption over the reboot.
It appears a factory I had also chewed up (but didn't spit out) a BPO. Check yer factories/labs when you can get back in :( |

nahhhh ur day was great
My char is also with no training...
But the fun part is i did connect before teh first crash... took me 10min or more to connect and all this time my ship was on a complex... so when i did finally connect was in pod near my exploding harpy fully fitted with T2
Yeah im caldari... and yeah im flying a megatron...
Why coz maybe now only caldary are tough enough to fly those and evryone use caldari ship...

The datacentre hosting a popular online game needed to call in fire department assistance when the fibre-optic connections spontaneously combusted following a failed game update. No official response was recieved from the game developers, CCP, but one was overhead saying "f*úk it, I knew we shouldn't have gone with Microsoft, where's that reset switch"

Since we can only get 20 on at once I think we should use this thread to determine a rotation. Probably also useful to arrange a meeting place, say a low sec belt, so we can all huddle together.
Now, those of you who are already online, bugger off, let someone else have a play :)

game seems to be very populary now that their locked it at 20

I actually registered for a full account instead of milking my trial (only three days) after what appeared to be a message stating all 800 ports were full. Lucky me still can't get on. :/ I'd be fine if it were possible to start training a skill via the web site. Really, why isn't that a feature?

To all new players ...........Dont judge today as a reason to stay or to go th server is usualy very stable and never see any lag give them a day or 2 to work out patch bugs and everything will be fine trust me the server rocks just buggy at patch days

Stop your whining. Anyone who plays regulary knows that when adding a patch we sometimes have extended downtime.
At least CCP is telling us they are working the issue this time.

I got in. Now I might get out of game all together ... my character has had SEVERAL DAYS of ROLL BACK!! Skills, items, money, everything. Back to aprox last Saturday. Don't they have backups at CCP????
