These are lies. Whoever spreads such libel should be shot.
TEST joined Dec Shield with a corp to siphon off all 180 wars, they then selectively unmutualled all but the ones they wanted. That transfer corp with the 9 mutual wars they wanted then joined their alliance. This was completely intentional by them, and those wars are defensive in nature. Thus they are not trapped, nor can they be trapped by this.
Goonswarm wardecced "Manifest Destiny" alliance, who Dec Shield already has trapped. Manifest Destiny is in 30+ wars, including against dead corporations. Any transfer corps that attempt to leave Manifest Destiny will be trapped in inescapable outgoing wars, and thus be unable to spread Goonswarm's wars to other entities. Dec Shield couldn't even trap Goonswarm if we wanted to.

So I am confused, are Goons/TEST trapped or not? I really hope they are, it would be great news for us all. If Goons are trapped in Dec Shield, expect a quick-fix patch fixing the broken war dec mechanics by down time tomorrow. Remember how speedy the 'fix' for Inferno war-dec dog piling came? |

To carve a successful niche for yourself in EVE you need to be able to out sell, out produce, out fight,-á out run, or out wit your competitors.
If you can do none of the above, your only option is to complain on the forums that somehow you are at a disadvantage using the exact same tool set-áas the rest of the player base. |

TLDR for people: test is not trapped, they picked up defensive wars which they can leave at any time.
Goons are "trapped" against one alliance, however it cant spread |

As long as you leave them mutual, the aggressor can never end the war.
TEST just picked the ones they wanted, and turned off the mutual switch on the rest. |

I tried to muster up some rage or concern but I really can't be bothered one bit about war decs.
primary target is broadcasted, put all drones on the warp disruption battery. If you are in a frigate you should be at the gate, who blew up? |

goons dont care about highsec wars. we do all our highsec stuff on out of alliance alts, just like any other eve player with half a brain |
