The XETIC Federation wishes to formally apologize to the Fountain Alliance, The Imperium Alliance, residents of Period Basis, and Rubra Libertas Militia for the incursion and subsequent destruction of ships belonging to the sovereign entities of the region.
The actions were taken by a XETIC member corporation, and not in line with the actions of the Federation. Although misguided the actions were, everyone tends to make mistakes from time to time. We accept the incident as an error in judgment on the part of the corporation involved, and they have assured nothing of the such will take place ever again.
The XETIC federation has paid compensation of an undisclosed amount to the parties involved and has taken steps to insure that an incident such as this never takes place again.
It is hoped that in the future our common bonds and beliefs will prevail instead of the bloodshed that has taken place on this occasion. My personal thanks are extended to all those involved in making sure cooler heads prevailed on this day.

omg I was in crisis corp with the black lance gang we did what we did in the dsma day we fought for tpar-g (and lost lol not by kill ratio but by being out blobed) form what I got we killed 1 raven 1 apoc 1 blackbird 1 crow fa killed 1 scorp. was fun
AND YOU PAID FOR TEH LOSSES WTH!!!!!!!

The losses are not of significance in this matter, and for your information Ben Wallace it was two BS taken down on each side!!
Rubra accept this apology on the terms that it was offered and intended. Xetic have acted with great diplomacy and honour in this matter, which is regarded far higher than any financial restitution. If all alliances considered negotiation before firepower they would have far wider options available to them and the capacity to flourish.
I would like to thank in particular KSUDruid for his patience, grace and diplomacy, when those around him were irate and less reasonable.
To straight talk is free, smack talk can be very expensive. the choice is of course yours

I'm ABSOLUTLY disgusted by the behaviour of FA/Imperium. What FA/Imperium asked (from what I read on XF internal boards) is disgusting. Those alliances do not deserve any respect.
I'd rather just shoot them than loosing my dignity. And this is what I'll do, but not as an XF member. And not as an enemy of the XF.
At least XF were good guys, fighting for their principles, FA/Imperium are just oportunists, trying to make their way with the help of pirate scum and through any means necessary. ********

Well this is certainly an interesting turn of events. Best of luck olyyy, care to enlighten the eve community as to why you have left the Xetic allience? Or perhaps provide an insight as to what the aggrement between IMP and Xetic was exactly?

Your alliance's pilots went into space that wasn't your own and shot at the residents of said space. You're the aggressors here. I'm not exactly sure what you're whining about. XETIC is probably the least respected alliance in the game at this point, so it's quite funny to see you talking like this.

What, the incessant whining on the forums, the lack of any actual allies, the massive amounts of enemies XETIC has made, that's not enough?
In a short timeframe, you've managed to **** off FoE, PA, IRON, IMP, FA, the ex-Curse coalition (ATUK, SNRA et al) and cause SE and -V- to break off a long-running Mutual Defense Pact they had with you, at least in SE's case. I'm sure everyone loves XETIC. 
XETIC is the new Curse Alliance sans any combat capability.

I must fully agree with you. FA are mostly cowards and Imperium, well,, do they still exist? After fighing FA for the better part of three months I honestly must say I have no respect for 99% of their pilots I encountered. From the ppl smalktalking while docked in NPC stations to HUN Macro miners (yes we killed the same group without warp scramming them many times), to the false forum bravado, they get no respect.
Now, I did meet a few decent and quality pilots during my time there. I am sure they too will leave sooner rather than later.
XF is a hell of a lot better than FA imo.

Although I don't think many people atm <3 Xetic there is big diffrence between respect and <3. You might hate your enemys, but often you can hold utmost respect for them.

I wont even talk about FA/IMP being strong alliances, that they DID survived GREAT pressure(correct me if im wrong), from one of most strong pvp corps. So you simply aint got a CLUE about anything. Go back to yr box.

Well, you are mistaken i afraid. Holding stations is not all i agree here with you. But also i see some nice kills from FA side and from RKK side, and its almost tied up. More of that, i doubt only FA members die in Delve, and saying so is purely wrong, if not to say more.

I don't know that I would say that FA survived, in that we can come up in there any time we want, knowing that we will fully own the region and can stay there indefinitely if need be. Don't attempt to try to turn this into a victory, FA losses were immense, we left because you simply sat in POS all day long. And from that perspective, what does it say about Xetic laying down like a ***** to Fountain? Truly pathetic on all fronts.

Since Old-CA, I didnt see any alliance we fought respectable... Game is a boredom since we play with Imp(do they exist)/FA(Fountain allready belong to ATUK and Shinra)/FIX(k, let's mine in querious)/Xetic(miners with guns)... Where pvper's are gone ? I think real pvper's left alliances cause of stupid politicians playing carebears...

maybe reason for that boredom is that you allied most of worthy pvp corps in eve ?
and that you go and kill mostly industry alliances ?

so you get allied instead of fighting each other. im pretty sure your pvp allience is boring for everyone, not just you. but i guess you need much more balls to fight someone of your size and skill, it is much easier to kill noobs isn`t it ?
