As of Right now it only happens when i am in a Drone Complex (Level 3) And As soon as i get hit by the Drone i get the Blue Screen. I am Sure that CCP doesn't want drones shooting BSOD's :P

There has been no hardware changes on my system. But I just reinstalled windows on my system, Now i do have SP2, Which might be the issue?
I to have reinstalled eve, got the most updated ATI video drivers, But it only seems to happen when i am in a complex and as soon as i get attacked. But No where else. Belts i'm fine. I'm gonna check a different complex here. To see what happens.

System Specs
ATI Radeon 9600XT
AMD Althon XP 1800
Asus VIA KT400 MainBoard , 768 MB Ram
and a Aopen network card.
Western digital HDDs. (Everthing else in my hardware specs shouldn't matter)

It was working before i formatted my PC and reinstalled windows with SP2, If it comes to it, i'll format again to get rid of SP2

Heres the STOP Error on the blue screen
Bad_Pool_Header
STOP 0x00000019 (0x00000020, 0x829766c8, 0x28796808, 0x0a28001)

event viewer says
Error code 00000019, parameter1 00000020, parameter2 827dad90, parameter3 827dbd38, parameter4 1bf5fdaa. for that time,

Jumping into a level 3 Sanshas complex now, i'll post again on the results

Update .....
Seems to be the Drone Complex that does it only..

I had the same problem.

I fixed it by disabling sound.

Aparently, a clean re-install will fix this aswell. It has somethign to do by the sounds that are loaded when entering a drone complex.

Good luck! Wink

P.S Too bad my main computer is still a freakin' mess Crying or Very sad

Yup, the sound is the reason and I get the same bad pool header crash when running 2 clients at the same time on the same machine.
Turning sound off on one or both of them stops the crashes but thats a pretty lame "solution" - anyone know any "real" way to solve it??

(and yeah, it started after the XP SP2 install)

I get the same error when I'm figng large numbers of baddies in missions. Usually in the Avenge a Fallen Comrade level 2 mission but it happens in others too. Confused

When you suggest a full clean install, you just mean the EVE client, yes? Rolling Eyes
