I was trying to change my res. but is got stuck in like 200x400 or sum, and now i cant change it back becouse i cant choose the res. again!
What do i do!?

Try clearing your cache.

Go to your EVE directory, then into the "cache" folder and make a backup of the "prefs.ini" file in there and delete it then. You will need to reenter you settings again then I guess.

Download EveDude Plus from Eve-I and change the res back from inside EveDude Plus

Ya know, with as many problems as clearing the cache solves, I'm surprised CCP doesn't just add the option to the log in screen.
What would you like to do?
1. Play the Game.
2. Clear my cache.
3. Cancel my subscription.

Another option is to just change your resolution settings in your Prefs.ini file.
C:\Program Files\CCP\eve\cache\prefs.ini
Use the notepad and look for the following two (2) variables:
desktopHeight=768
desktopWidth=1024
Ensure you change them to one of the typical settings.
