Greetings MD investors!
Summary
Bond size: 20B
Rate: 7%
Collateral: None
Start date: November 15th
Maturity date: January 14th (60 days)
Why?
Some upcoming events has given some nice profit making opportunities so I've tied up a large portion of my ISK into that. This bond will be used to keep my manufacturing and marketeering activities running at full capacity while I cash out from the positions I've opted in.
Terms
The bond would start on November 15th and pay 7% interest for each 30 day period. Please invest in 500M increments. If you want to withdraw early we can work something out but you would loose the month's interest. Depending on the events I reserve the right to offer an extension for a few more weeks but I doubt it will be necessary.
Risks
No profit: Odds of doing no profit is nearly impossible. Doing low profits could be possible if the events change dramatically in the next few days. Which means I would get stock with large supplies that I would have to liquidate. This is easily mitigated and I do have the capital to repay the bond if I am unable to sell fast enough.
Wardec: Shouldn't have any effect since I never need to undock.
Quit EVE: I don't see myself quitting EVE any time soon.
I get hit by a bus: Let's all hope this doesn't happen.

FAQ.
Q: Why no collateral?
A: I don't have any assets worth collateral. My current NAV is around 40B most of it being ISK and/or raw materials, BPOs in use and medium term investements. I also own a high sec POS and several PVP ships.

Why you want to invest 100M at 7% and borrow 1B at 10% is beyond my understanding so I will have to decline your investment offer. Thanks for your interest though.

The bond's total size has changed since those 2 investors contacted me late to invest. Other investors in the bond agreed to let them in.
Also I haven't received any news from SeenButNotHeard so I have removed him from the bond making it a total of 29B.
