Ran something like this. I'll vouch for it in a narrow gank role. Can't really tank anything at all for alot of reason, not the least of which is the thing is cap light bigtime.

I lack the sp to use anything larger than a cruiser in pvp, it would just be a 30m deathtrap.
My lvl3 setup is:
3 modal heavy beam, 3 anode medium pulse, 1 arb heavy OR 4 modal heavy pulse, 2 anode medium pulse, 1 arb heavy
10MN AB II, Large Peroxide, fb-10
Med. Rep. II, Small Rep. II, 2/3 Hardeners, Cap Relays
... I'm lazy, with this setup I never have to bother warping out, tank any lvl3 spawn wit hease, apart from that angel bs in the extravaganza bonus level. -------------

prophecy is a great ship. Awesome for mission running and I see them used in pvp more than any other BC.
6 heavy pulse, heavy launcher (with that and drones I take care of inties) t2 ab, cap charger and web(warp disruptor for pvp) medium armor rep, mix of cpr's and armor hardening for pve(for pvp use mix of damage mods and cpr's) Prophecy with 6 heavy pulse does hard damage. when you get to t2 weapons it's disgusting.

You have to remember that the Prophecy isnt the all out powerhouse some might imagine it to be. Amarr ships are tankers and they can soak up quite a bit of damage if you set them up right, and the Proph's Bonus's enhance that.
It gets 5% to all armor resists per level making it the most heavily armored of all t1 ships. Use it.
Put a t2 medium armor repairer in alongside the best named 1600mm plate and 2 hardeners for pve, 3 hardeners for pvp, You've now got a ship that will have close to 6,000 armor hitpoints
Have i just given the game away?
I wont say too much more except that the Prophecy does have serious cap issues and you need to plan the rest of your setup around fixing that. It takes some creativity and skill knowing which modules to turn off and when.
