I wasn't, either, but I wanted it so badly. First, because with it and Command Ships V, my autocannon Sleipnir hits further than a Null BlasterTalos, and Hail actually becomes a viable default option sometimes.
Second, because I like "finishing" trees, and perfect support Gunnery skills is always useful.
Eventually, I did wait until a business trip that would keep me away from the game a few days. Once I had less than 10 days left, I could finally force myself to finish it.
Now I am training Amarr cruiser V...not having flown an Amarr ship ever. At all. And not being able to fire even a T1 small laser LOL. But it's better to put this Per/Wil remap to good use and not waste the remaining 4 months. |

In my very early days of EVE I thought it would be awsome to mine, so I got industry, refining and mining to V. I wish I could remove every industry skill off my skill list as it's a blemish to my mostly otherwise purely combat char.
Gallente Industrial V I do not regret, as the itty V is great for hauling and if I'd ever want a freighter isn't far away |

I was quite happy when I finished Amarr Cruiser V and Gallente Cruiser V since I could then train Recon and Heavy Assault Ships, both took about 16 days so over a month for both. I followed those up with Covert Ops V and I'll probably do Assault Ships V after I'm done with BC V (next skill up after Rapid Firing V is done), along with the rest of my x2 Gunnery support skills and the other Cruiser skills to V.
Still have a lot on my plate. |

I must admit I get a warm, fuzzy feeling when people discuss and elaborate long term plans with very useful skills, and I realize I already have all those ones at V. |

Was so happy when I finally finished the Fleet Command 5. And subsequently remapping away from maxed out Charisma
Now with over a fifth of my total SP maxing out the leadership tree I recently focused on training Amarr Carrier V, still some 32 days left. |

I know your an eveleetist and all, but 15 days in any perspective is a long time, that's well over two weeks. If I said you'd have to wait two weeks for a meal, that would seem like a long time. Maybe this world is another planet's hell. -Aldous Huxley
