Most criminal activities on this scale ingame by NPC characters have resulted in actions by CONCORD and other penalties.
Perhaps the price GHSC pay for bragging is that they are given harsh penalties.
So, either stay quiet and keep doing your work, or brag about it and bring attention to yourselves by the ingame authorities.

Perhaps I'll make my post a little clearer.
Actions ingame rarely make it into the ingame news unless they are big events such as Amarrian Championships, theft of Marrian artefacts, and first flight of a faction frigate etc. Now, while RP'ers drool and get wood at these stories, they rarely have any impact on the players involved (other than creamed pants).
Why is was Hamish not punished by CONCORD for what he did? He's a thief, a religious fanatic, a danger to an entire nation. NPC characters ingame accused of similar acts are forced to exist on the edges of the Eve Universe in the No Mans Lands.
Similar could be said of you and those involved - shouldn't your deeds be decried by CONCORD and/or NPC leaders of Ubiqua Seraph's chosen nation? Your confession to the crime should be enough for CONCORD to declare you outlaw etc etc.
Sure, anyone can declare war on you but where's the fun in that?

Ah, I see. So we've gone from "there's no way to get back at them", to "there is a way to get back at them, but it's not fun enough, so let's have Concord nuke their sec rating for us because that's funny".
As long as you're sticking to the roleplay end of things to try to screw us, I hereby demand the implementation of a feature that nerfs the security status of anyone who kills a battleship to -10.0 - after all, surely the slaughter of seven thousand crew is far worse an atrocity than grand larceny, no?
Why should your ingame feats be completely ignored by ingame news?
I've already advised Ubiqua the declaration would be a good idea but I'm thinking a little more than player to player interaction. Half the problem with this game and its so-called content is that the ineraction seems to planned and guided with only selected items making the news - your cold calculation would bring a much-needed hard edge to Eve. So far it's all been pansies and handbags at dawn.
I don't agree with corp. theft and think it's about as lame as it gets but since CCP have made it clear it's all valid and "above board" let's give it the proper ingame NPc interaction it deserves.
After all, recent news involved theft of a bio-weapon. surely theft of a tech II BPO x8 deserves as much coverage.

Which is fine, it's exactly how the universe was portrayed to be, way back.
Elitest attitudes suck.
They turn games into work rather than play and that causes people to become more upset when things like this happen.
