Why? nothing ever happens anyway, thoose who hunt or get across Macros do there stuff in the frames of the game anyway.
If CCP get across anyone by themselves maybe I don't know.
Give them a good respons and they may keep petetioned otherwise it's not worth to navigate true that petetion junglesystem(my personal view)
But hey, We can only hope for the better!!

You have to petition the possible macro because if you do not and steal their ore for weeks then you profited from that macro, perhaps even more then the macro user. Indirectly you used the macro as well then.
As some posts above suggested it is worth it to petition, GM's take exploits very seriously and they do everything they can to prove there is an maco being used and when it is proved then the following actions are sever.

I'm not one to argue semantics but if the guy chose to macro mine while he had a war declaration on him then it's fair game to me. The only possible exploit I did was declaring war on someone who I knew wouldn't fight back, but he was always in a position to defend himself by choosing not to be so stuipd.

If you want to be sure then you should ask a question through this website and the GM team if it's ok.
I'm only trying to warn people that if they take advantage of a macro in any way, they could be exploiting as well.
