I've done well over 200 Forsaken Hubs recently using a high DPS fit. Clearing the hub in <8 minutes. The problem I've noticed is that I have yet to get a Dread Gurista spawn, or an escalation using said fit. My question to the devs, or any knowledgeable person of the community is what is the time required for an anomaly to be active to have a chance at actually getting a Dread Gurista spawn, or an escalation?
Also, I've been testing this by letting the last wave spawn, then going to a safe for ~10 minutes and then coming back to finish. So far, one time doing this I received an escalation in only a handful of attempts.
Any help with this, or confirmation that someone has been able to complete hubs from start to finish in <8 minutes AND managed to get a DG spawn or escalation would be appreciated.

There is nothing you can do to "make" an anomaly escalate, it's completely random and hubs of all kinds have VERY small escalation/commander spawn chances.
To Demonstrate the total randomnes, I've had FOUR Forskaen Hubs escalted to Fleet staging points in the last 5 days, prior to this I hadn't had one in 3 and a half weeks. i haven't had a faction spawn from a forsaken hub in 2 months, but have had 3 from Havens in the last 2 weeks.
Don't stress yourself out by thinking about the escalations and factions spawns, treat them as the bonuses they are, not in any way a part of the financial consideration.
CCP Gargant:-á this game requires a certain amount of simply going out there and chatting with people. You will get scammed, destroyed, cheated, trolled, and blown up but that is just a part of the essence of this game.
